Pros:

Great location near Grand Bazaar and tram down to Blue Mosque. Staff very friendly and helpful with local knowledge. Nothing was a problem. They organise a pick up from airport which was super helpful as we arrived at midnight . Great stay

مكان الفندق جيد وفي الأسواق وقريب من ميدان بايزيد.

Cons:

الفندق بشكل عام قديم وتم تجديده ويظهر من خلال الترميمات. ومع هذه التجديدات إلا أنه مخيب للأمل وليست الصور حقيقية تعكس واقع الفندق. الصور الخارجية والاستقبال يظهر واضحا أنها معدلة ببرامج الصور. صور الغرف ربما حقيقية لكنها اخذت عندما تم تجديد الفندق.
الغرف ضيقة ودورات المياه ضيقة وزجاجية محرجة في الأصوات.
بشكل عام تجربتي الأولى والأخيرة ودليل ذلك أن حجزي كان 10 أيام خرجت من الفندق في اليوم الثاني رغم أني دفعت كامل المدة ولم يعد لي الفندق ما دفعته. وطلبت منهم إعادة المتبقي من المدة ورفضوا. لكني لم استطع ان أكمل الإقامة في نفس الفندق مما اضطرني لحجز فندق جديد

4 stars hotel for Turkey but 2-3 stars for Europe. Small hotel, small rooms, same bufet for breakfast every day.
