Pros:

Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, leider viel zu heiß und die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Wegen Straßenlärm ist schlafen beim geöffneten Fenster auch nicht möglich.
Frühstück war ausreichend.
Personal nicht wirklich freundlich leider.

Cons:

Außer einen Rezeptionistin, waren alle anderen sehr unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit.
Wir haben um ein behinderten Parkplatz gebeten dies hat bei der Anreise bei dem freundlichen Rezeptionisten gut geklappt. Am 2. Tag hatte er leider frei,
Als wir am Abend ankamen stand ein Auto ohne behinderten Ausweis auf den Behinderten Parkplatz, ich habe an der Rezeption bescheid gegeben da der Parkplatz auch sonst sehr voll war. Als Antwort bekam ich in einem unfreundlichen Ton dass dies ja nicht sein Problem wäre....( Und er war wirklich unfreundlich es lag nicht an der Sprache da ich selbst ungarisch spreche)

Komfortowe miejsce z kilkoma wadami.
Pros:

Pokój był duży, przestronny. Lodówka i czajnik w pokoju. Telewizor ze smartem. Łazienka duża, bardzo wygodna i czysta.
Na plus jest bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji.

Cons:

Śniadania były monotonne, jednak zawsze coś dla siebie i na ciepło można było znaleźć. Niestety w sobotę, kiedy ruch był większy, było mnóstwo osób. Śniadanie podawano od 7:30-10:30. Poszliśmy coś zjeść o 9:00 i zostały już tylko resztki, dosłownie nic nie dołożono, nie było takich podstawowych rzeczy jak ogórek zielony, czy papryka, z warzyw został tylko pomidor i to mocno przebrany. Absolutnie żadnego deseru już nie zostało, ogólnie bardzo skromny wybór. To pozostawiło duży niesmak po naszej wizycie w tym miejscu.
Niestety coś w pokoju tworzyło nieprzyjemny zapach, być może słabo działająca lodówka. Łóżka nie były wygodne, pojedyncze tworzyły podwójne nieudolnie, w nocy się rozsuwały i ktoś wpadał w powstałą przestrzeń. Był też duży nieporządek. Na drzwiach do łazienki przyklejony jakieś glutowaty brud.

Za duży hałas
Pros:

Hotel jest dość daleko od centrum, ale transport publiczny działa dobrze, więc lokalizacja nie stanowiła dla mnie problemu.

Cons:

Oceniam słabo hotel nie ze względu na ogólne warunki, bo te odzwierciedlały klasę obiektu (trzy gwiazdki), ale za hałas. Cały czas (24h) słychać było z zewnątrz jakieś wentylatory, klimatyzatory czy coś w tym rodzaju. Hałas był nie do zniesienia, zwłaszcza w nocy. Poza tym hotel przyjmuje grupy młodzieżowe, które zachowują się skandalicznie: bieganie po korytarzu, krzyki, walenie w drzwi i trzaskanie drzwiami i tak do późnych godzin nocnych. Zwracanie uwagi i prośby o ciszę nic nie dawały. Interwencja obsługi hotelu też była bezskuteczna. Nie przespałam ani jednej nocy i był to mój najgorszy pobyt w Budapeszcie.
