Exceptional hotel especially the upgraded Lounge.
Pros:

Great view. Staff were exceptional especially in the Lounge. Everyone went out of their way to cater for our celiac family member which was a relief as it’s difficult to feel safe with food. Thank you so much.
The food was delicious too.

Everything was amazing.

Pros:

デラックスツインルームは、広々として、部屋から見る琵琶湖も素敵でした。
近くに食事をできる所やホテルのラウンジの喫茶コーナーも快適でした。

Cons:

４階のお風呂に夜入ったのですが、あまりの混雑と賑やかでゆっくりお風呂に入れず早々に部屋に戻りました。翌朝露天もあったことに気づきました。浴室にバスタオルを持ち込み手すりにかけるなどあまり見かけない光景は残念でした。

享受琵琶湖的美景飯店，餐食、服務品質很好
Pros:

早上打開窗就面對琵琶湖，早餐好吃。不要太晚去 有時東西會比較少選擇。
若是有租車，停車場滿大的，很方便。

大満足！
Pros:

ベッドが琵琶湖に向いていて、起きたら琵琶湖！
サイコーでした。
部屋も広々、洗面台も２つありました。
大浴場もありゆったり。
送迎バスも20分おきにあり、夜9時過ぎまで運行していてたすかりました。
