外国人に合わせたのか？ベッド、トイレ座面の位置が高い(還暦過、身長150の私には…)

Nice room, onsen and breakfast and helpful staff at front desk

Cons:

Dinner experience- we had booked but waiter said the wait would be too long at that time and wanted us to come later. We ended up ordering earlier because we didn’t want to eat late and then it came quickly. Very weird experience

Brilliant hotel
Pros:

What an amazing hotel right on the edge of Lake Biwa with stunning views over the lake from our room. The room was large and very clean. The bathroom was gorgeous and we also had a comfortable seating area. All staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. There is also a station shuttle bus that we used and the driver was friendly. Just outside Kyoto with great train links and only 40 mins from Osaka. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

お値段以上です。
Pros:

オーシャンビューで、景色も良く、テラスに出られるのも良かったです。
子供用のベットも準備してあり大変満足です。
