A perfect stay.
Pros:

Lovely rooms. Great breakfast. Shuttle to train station a plus.

I wish the pool was open earlier and for longer. We missed out on using it because of the short hours. But everything else was excellent.

久しぶりに気持ちの良い休日を味わえました。
Pros:

早くに予約していたからなのか、思っていたより安価でサービスは満点でした。窓から見える景色とどのスタッフも挨拶や声掛けがスムーズでとても気持ちの良いものでした。大浴場の清掃やタオル、備品まで行き届いたものでDHCのシャンプーも好きな香りだったので癒されました。また来年も宿泊したいと思っております。

100点満点をあげたいのですが
一つだけ残念なことがありました。お部屋の隅々まで清掃も行き届いていたのですが、入室した時には気が付かなかったのですが、全宿泊者のものなのか？(スタッフは、されないと思いますので)
ベッド脇のスタンドの近くに長い付け爪が落ちていました。カーペットに近いカラーの物だったので気がつかなかったのだろうと思いましたが…他のことが全て素敵だったので残念でした。

最高だったのでまた行きたいです。
Pros:

部屋がとても綺麗で、景色も綺麗で2泊したのですが最高でした。屋上でのバーベキューも最高でした。母と泊まったのですが母も最高と言っておりました。また泊まりたいです。

Pros:

溫泉乾淨舒適，游泳池清涼消暑，適合全家大小，四人房夠大，兩張床直接面對琵琶湖景觀很美，可惜床墊枕頭和加床都偏硬不好睡，早餐算豐盛但要早點去，9:30之後缺品不再補充，飯店附近吃的比較少。
