Nice large room, the bed was very comfortable. Close to the airport and a bus ride to Hoofddorp Centrum.

Cons:

There wasn't a choice of pillows, the pillow was very soft. I was given the incorrect information about the bar from a staff member. Not ALL the drinks at the bar are free with the free drink voucher, only beer, wine & soda.

Für einen kurzen AUfenthalt annehmbar
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, das Zimmer von der Größe und Ausstattug annehmbar. Für 1 Nacht vor dem Flug oder 1 Wochenende ausreichend! Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation ist extrem schlecht! Egal, wann man kommt, immer sind alle Parkplätze belegt, teilweise auch durch Shuttle-Busse!
Die Klimaanlage hat es in 2 1/2 Tagen geschafft, die Zimmertemperatur von 27 auf 26 Grad abzukühlen!
In der kompletten Zeit erfolgte keine einzige Zimmerreinigung!

Air conditioning broken throughout hotel, uncomfortable stay and poor customer service follow up

I liked the location, room equipment, easy check-in

Cons:

The air conditioning was faulty, my room was between 28 and 29 degC through the night. I was so uncomfortable that I could not sleep, the reception staff were not able to help in any way since it was a hotel wide problem. I would have understood their issue if they had informed me when I booked then checked in (15 mins prior to arrival) but they took my booking, checked me in and said nothing. The conditions were uncomfortable and unhealthy. I checked out early, asked for a refund at front desk but the hotel assistant manager could only assure me they would make an internal request to HQ. One week later I have yet to hear back from Head Office and I cannot even resolve issues through the chatbot. In my experience this hotel chain also provides poor customer experience. My experience is to avoid, especially if the AC is still not functioning properly.

Klimaanlage geht erst an, wenn man im Zimmer ist, dadurch dauert es ziemlich lange, bis das Zimmer bei großer Hitze angenehm kühl ist
