Excellent location. Exceptional service!
Pros:

Close to everything for shopping, food, movies, salon, etc. staff are courteous and helpful. I stay here 1-2 times a year for business and personal trips to Manila. Love this place!

Pros:

The room was spacious enough, clean bed and bathroom, comfortable beds. Breakfast choice of continental and Philippine style. No buffet. Kind and helpful personal. Location just opposite Greenbelt 5. Checkout time is noon.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was more than expected.

It would be happier if they can improve in those things, specially front desk staff to review basic services.
