Very pleasant apartment with great location.
Pros:

A very pleasant stay. Great location just a few minutes walk from Grand Central and to main Midtown.
Any staff we encountered were very friendly.
Great coffee in the residents lounge area.

Cons:

The bathroom had a rather bad smell. Like sour water.

The room was serviced each day, but no fresh bottled water was ever left for us to have.

The air-con system is VERY loud.

I did try contact the hotel a few times before arrival, as did a couple of friends who tried to organise items for me, but the hotel never responded to anyone which was frustrating.
