Os travesseiros estavam velhos, as cortinas estavam sujas e o box do banheiro não fechava corretamente, causando vazamento e deixando o banheiro molhado. Além disso, a porta e a janela batiam com o vento, provocando bastante barulho e incômodo.

Os travesseiros nao sao confortáveis.
O armário estava com a porta solta.
Banheiro com rejuntes mofados. Poderia estar um pouco mais limpo.

Localização: em frente à praia de Pina.

Cons:

O teto do quarto estava todo mofado; estava vazando água e mofo do ar condicionado; a janela não fechava direito e ficou batendo a noite toda com o vento. Ao comentar com o anfitrião/agência, disse que não podia fazer nada e informou que devolveria o dinheiro das diárias seguintes se eu desocupasse o apartamento (com minha família). Experiência péssima!

Não tem café da manhã. Entretanto, vc tem todas as comodidades para preparar e no hotel também tem, pagando o valor de R$55,00/pessoa.

A vista do mar anunciada na verdade é apenas uma fresta entre os prédios vizinhos. Não há fiscalização de quem entra no prédio. Houve uma briga no corredor às 4h da manhã.
