Cons:

Room was filthy - dried brown stain on wall next to the toilet roll was a lovely touch. Not to mention the built up grime in the shower door which hadn’t seen a cleaning product in some time, sticky floor, ripped mattress cover, smell of the drains. Worst hotel experience. Left early. Would avoid.

The wardrobe in the room is wobbly so if you open it it comes flying forward

Toilet wasn’t clean as there was poo stuck to the bottom of it

Budget was truly budget!
Pros:

The hotel provides parking, and it is a short elevator ride to the lobby. The hotel is easily accessible off the freeway. We were heading to Fort William. We walked into the center of Glasgow from the hotel. It is not a short walk, but easily done (about 20 minutes). The hotel staff were friendly, and gave us restaurant options.

Cons:

I have stayed in the Ibis chain many times and been very happy with the room and facilities, even though all over the world, Ibis has small rooms. This one was truly "budget". It needs a lot of TLC. Our room was underwhelming in every sense. The room felt grungy. I would not stay here again. I think there is better value for money elsewhere.

It was clean and comfortable

Cons:

I was really cold. The fan/heater was barely working. I was told it could take a long while and that ‘long while’ was the duration of my stay.
