No frills but a solid choice.
Pros:

Location was great, staff were so helpful, free coffee while waiting at reception, pool table and fussball table near reception, shower nice and powerful, great view of the docks from the room.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible, didn’t like paying £14 for 24 hours parking, but other than that it was great value for the location.

They need to do something about their poor parking system.

I paid for parking for two nights however i still received a parking ticket. When I complained they said it’s a third party parking company and that I should email. When I emailed they failed to look for confirmation of my parking payment and sent me an invoice for Parking. If they had checked they would have found the payment. Instead of being helpful I know have to contact my bank for payment confirmation as well as ask my boyfriend to send me his bank statements for the parking payments he made.

If this is a scam I will report this hotel
