Bed was comfy and ac which is needed in this heat
Bathroom wasnt in a separate area, you walk out the shower straight into the bedroom. It's not bad just not to my liking

The room was very small, and the price was overpriced for the prison cell and cupboard toilet.

Air conditioning
Clean room - but not done every day .The Indian lady was lovely and very good but not there every day ?
The temperature of the water in the shower was toooooo Hot / boiling !- not adjustable - despite settings Was not fixed by the maintenance man :(
The front 'garden' was covered in unsightly litter / old toilet role ect ... Staff should clean / tidy the front of the building regularly + being able to access via the front would be good - save having to walk all the way around to the entrance ....
It had working air con on a hot day, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was good and it was clean. The room colours were calming.
There was no carpet in the room, which made it feel like an institutional room rather than a hotel, the shower opened right into the room and was not only awkward to use, but splashed so much water into the room it was a safety hazard. Batteries in the remote died so we had to unplug the tv to switch it off. There was a “greenwashing” notification in the room - claiming to be about the environment and written in rather rude and unwelcoming terms suggesting it’s more about minimising expenses to maximise profit while claiming it’s for the environment.
The corridors were drab, dated and smelt musty. It was incredibly overpriced for what it was.
Very central location, quick and easy to check in. We had all the basic amenities we needed such as A/C, kettle and toiletries. Staff were welcoming and happy to help with the local sites.
Parking is on a first come first serve basis the gates around the parking compound are ruined and does not give a sense of confidence to leave your car overnight.
Leaky A/C on the final night which created puddles on the floor. Which was ashame especially during a heat wave.
Sink failed to drain.
The elevator needs some touch ups and general issues such as flooring which needs a mop and wall boards which have seen their years.
Definitely budget & no frills, in a twin roomfor 2 nights. one bed wasnt clean but the other was good, just me & the room was v reasonable, I was there for work.
The following week though it doubled in price to match other hotels of a higher standard so went elsewhere.
By M4 exit so convenience & budget won the first time.
There are other places for the same price with better furnishings etc
Buffet was very nice, rooms were nice and clean.
