Schönes Hotel. super Anlage, leider etwas abgelegen, da es kaum Möglichkeiten zum "Bummeln" gibt
Pros:

Egal, ob Frühstück oder das Menü zum Abendessen - die Qualität und die Auswahl waren klasse. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und stets bestrebt, uns als Gast einen entspannten Aufenthalt zu bieten. Wer Sauna liebt, der ist im Genusshotel Almrausch bestens aufgehoben. Tolle Saunen, super Ruhemöglichkeiten. Das gilt auch für den Poolbereich.

Cons:

Auch wenn das Essen zu allen Mahlzeiten perfekt war, ein 2. Kaffeeautomat wäre wünschenswert. An manchen Tagen musste man doch etwas länger auf seinen Kaffee und Latte Macchiato/Cappuccino warten. Das geht besser. Im Saunabereich gibt es 2 Duschen - eine Dusche kann man heiß/kalt regeln, die andere ist stets kalt. Ist die Saune hoch frequentiert und man möchte sich nicht unbedingt kalt abduschen, kann es schon mal eine Weile dauern. Vielleicht könnte man hier auch die "Kaltdusche" entsprechend umbauen !? Zum Zimmer: wir reisten zu weit und buchten ein Familienzimmer (2 Erwachsene, bis 2 Kinder). Für 2 Erwachsene war das Zimmer vollkommen ausreichend, auch wenn insbesondere die gelb-orangenen Badezimmer-Bodenfliesen gewöhnungsbedürftig und die Dusche recht eng war, so haben wir uns schon gefragt, ob der Schrankplatz für bis zu 4 Personen ausreichen würde.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Gute Lage. Die Sonnenschein Card war im Preis inbegriffen was uns viel Geld erspart hat. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und schönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Essen war sehr köstlich und immer ausreichend.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.

Eine wunderbare Genuss-Woche
Pros:

Ich hatte eine schöne und entspannte Urlaubswoche. Das Hotel hat mir ein Zimmer Upgrade zur Verfügung gestellt - besten Dank dafür. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß mit einem schönen Balkon. Das Badezimmer ebenfalls ausreichend groß
und mit genügend Staufläche für meine ganzen Kosmetikartikel. Der Sauna-Bereich bietet mehrere Saunen und Ruhebereiche und hat mir gut gefallen. Die gebuchte Massage war sehr gut. Parkplatz gab es direkt kostenlos am Hotel. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war absolut super und es gab immer wieder kleine Extra-Überraschungen. Auch wenn ich sie nicht so viel genutzt habe, fand ich es gut, dass die Kärnten Card mit inklusive war. Das Personal in allen Bereichen sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war für meine Wandertouren perfekt - man kann direkt in alle Richtungen starten.

Pros:

Snídaně - vynikající, pestrost a kvalita surovin. Večeře - kulinářské! Skvělá lokalita hotelu pro lyžování v Bad Kleinkirchheimu, ale také Turracher Hohe, v létě rovněž vhodné pro turistiku, vynikající servis, péče majitele, každodenní úklid, vyhřívaný bazén včetně sauny, župany a osušky k dispozici v ceně, parkování u hotelu. Majitel také provozuje horskou restauraci StrohsackHutte - rovněž vynikající. Rádi se vrátíme.

Cons:

Kdo má rád měkké matrace, bude spokojen. Slabší WIFI síť a v bazénu děti narušující božský klid, ale obojí jsme nepovažovali za problém.

Totally worth the money
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax. The food was truly top quality, and with the half board option there was always something delicious available throughout the day. The spa is a huge highlight and adds so much value to the experience—perfect for unwinding after a long day. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!
