Nous avons passé notre nuit de noces dans cet hôtel et nous avons adoré notre séjour ! ❤️

La chambre était vraiment magnifique : très spacieuse, moderne, entièrement rénovée et avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir bien. Tout était très propre et chaque détail était pensé pour notre confort.

Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec beaucoup de choix, et le service était vraiment à la hauteur. Le personnel est adorable, très serviable, attentionné et toujours disponible avec le sourire.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons vraiment apprécié toutes les petites attentions qui ont rendu notre nuit de noces encore plus spéciale. 🥰

Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Nous reviendrons très vite avec grand plaisir

Poor management/ownership
Cons:

Warning! I’ll keep it simple & straight forward. Air conditioning in the room (in August) failed at 3am. The entire lobby TURNS OFF the A/C at night! Imagine that! They tried to move us & the next room wasn’t working either. We were basically trapped with no air until 7:50am when the a/c turns on. The employees work in inhumane conditions & the guests suffer as well. They do this to “save money” is what i was told. So imagine this if your room has no a/c for your entire family in the middle of the night! I waited up all night until i saw the manager at 8am & he could care less. They gave me a small credit & basically shrugged their shoulders. There are so many options in Tel Aviv. Why anyone would gamble to stay here after I warned you here would truly be a mistake. Until it is frequently reported & stated in their website they have air conditioning in the lobby all day and night; do not risk it. It was hell and the manager, Moshe was not considerate. More to tell but I will leave it at this for now. Stay at your own risk!

מחוות נעימות לציון יום הולדת, יחס אדיב ונעים מאנשי הצוות ואת האווירה הרגועה במלון. לציין במיוחד את רוחמה מנהלת הקבלה ואת רונה המקסימה!

Cons:

המזגן ללא אפשרות לשנות טמפרטורה, כשחוזרים מהים חם (עד שהוא מתחיל לקרר) ובלילה קפאנו.
