Cons:

The property agreed in person to remove tax from our booking as we are tourists and provided this in written proof on paper and then after I checked out charged me the money without my knowledge and refuse to refund the money back to me.

שהמארחת בארוחת הערב של יום שישי לא הכניסה אותנו. ביקשה שנמתין כי לא האמינה ששילמנו בקבלה ביום ההגעה. מתסכל ומשפיל, זאת היתה השהייה השניה שלנו במלון. חבל שקיבלנו יחס כזה. בשהייה הראשונה באןקטובר היה יותר טוב.

Belle expérienc je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : son emplacement exceptionnel face à la mer, la propreté irréprochable des lieux, ainsi que le professionnalisme et la grande gentillesse de tout le personnel.
Je souhaite adresser une mention toute particulière à Mme Ruhama, dont l’accueil, la disponibilité et son attention envers les clients mérite d’être soulignée.

Pros:

We arrived at the hotel.and were greeted by the wonderful Arie at the front desk. Arie gave us the VIP treatment. He was warm and generous and thoughtful and we will come back to the hotel just because of him! The room was large and convenient, with an amazing sea view breakfast and a great pool.

Nous avons fait la semaine suite à notre mariage BH, nous aurions apprécié un geste digne de l’établissement pour l’occasion, nous l’avons précisé aux personnels. Cela aurait pu être parfait
