Great Hotel in the Heart of Sighisoara
Pros:

It is in the heart of Sighisoara! They have parking behind the hotel. You can park your car and walk everywhere you want to go. I was traveling with my son so we had a room with two beds. It was perfect. Very comfortable. It was very hot when we traveled and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast you could have in their restaurant was delicious.

Pros:

La struttura è posizionata proprio a ridosso del centro storico quindi, in pochissimi minuti, si può visitare tutta la parte più suggestiva della città. E' dotato anche di un parcheggio privato quindi, per chi viaggia in moto come noi, è perfetto. La colazione è servita nel ristorante annesso all'hotel e si paga a parte. E' molto abbondante sia di dolci che di salato.
Le camere sono molto suggestive, pulite e spaziose. Personale disponibile

Un hotel destul de OK
Pros:

Inițial am fost cazați la mansardă însă după o zi toridă cu peste 35 grade, aerul devine irespirabil în acest tip de cameră cu tot aerul condiționat de care dispune unitatea. Așa ca … nu recomand cazare în zilele toride în camerele de la mansarda! După ce am discutat probabil cu managerul hotelului (drept pentru care vreau să îi mulțumesc încă o dată și aici) am fost mutați în apartamentul prezidențial care a fost foarte OK!

Cons:

Se mai poate umbla la micul dejun în sensul ca se mai poate diversifica. Drumul de acces cu mașina spre parcare are o porțiune fără asfalt (ar trebui făcută cerere către Primărie pentru rezolvare).

Pros:

Had parking, the property inside was very clean and well decorated. Professional staff. It is an upscale hotel and restaurant. It is situated on a central street, easy in and out across the street from a very nice park.

Cons:

Our room was a little hot, had ac, but the ac was not enough to cool the entire room. I would improve the cooling system for the apartment under the roof.

Un popas scurt dar frumos
Pros:

Locatia centrala, parcarea proprie, atmosfera de cladire veche, cu mult lemn.
Restaurantul foarte elegant, personalul foarte amabil, servirea excelenta, cina delicioasa !
Exista o terasa in aer liber foarte intima.
In camera se incearca reproducerea atmosferei de odinioara.
Datorita unei probleme tehnice ( vezi mai jos) proprietatea ne-a facut un discount substantial la pretul cazarii.

Cons:

In plina noapte a plesnit un racord la apa calda in baie cu neplacerile de rigoare.
Personalul a intervenit si a remediat prompt avaria.

Cons:

We arrived late in the evening, tired and hungry. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and professional and suggested we should hurry, if we wanted to get some food because the restaurant was closing in 15 minutes. My sister went in the restaurant to ask if we can order some food but was met by a very rude and demeaning employee in the restaurant who declined service. No lady should be treated with that attitude…a big guy sitting in a chair with legs cracked open and with a resentful smirk on his face as he refused her service during open hours! No kindness, no respect for a lady and a customer, complete lack of professionalism! That person should not work in hospitality business!
