Très pratique et grande chambre. Propreté et accueil à améliorer.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait. Facile d’accès et au pied de la vieille ville à quelques pas de la tour de l’Horloge. Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Le ménage est à revoir (filtre de la douche dont l’eau ne s’écoulait pas notamment et téléphone poussiéreux par exemple dans la chambre).

צוות לא נחמד ולא שירותי.
אמרו שאין מקום בחניה. אך שהלכנו לבדוק, היו מספר מקומות פנויים.
מכונת הקפה בארוחת בוקר, לא עבדה ושבקשתי שיבדקו, פשוט התעלמו.
ארוחת בוקר פשוטה.
לקומה השלישית אין מעלית. קושי לעלות מזוודות וילדים.

They said there was no parking space. But when we went to check, there were several spaces available.
The coffee machine at breakfast didn't work and when I asked them to check, they just ignored it.

Pros:

Good location, close to city center, clean room and the staff was friendly. You can see it was a nice hotel, but now some of the furniture and details in the room are a bit run down.

Cons:

After each shower the water was coming from the floor drain, so basically you had water under the sink up to the middle of the bathroom

nu ni s-a explicat ca pot fi folosite doar la cina
am servit cina - nu am fost intrebati de ele
urmatoarea zi la micul de jun ni s-a spus ca doar la cina puteau fi folosite
ne astetpam ca personalul sa comunice intre ei si daca au vazut ca nu le-am folosit de ce nu au luat nici o decizie a doua zi?
e doar ca feedback pentru urmatorii vizitatori banuiesc ca daca le dati ati dori sa fie si folosite pentru o experienta exceptionala

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal, gut funktionierende AC, die Stimmung der Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Bad müffelt feucht. Wir hatten ein Appartment mit Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Leider keine Möglichkeit den Raum abzudunkeln.

Pros:

Hotel jest doskonale położony. Piękny budynek ze swietna restauracja. To byla moja druga qizyta w tym hotelu, przetestowalam wiec pokoje na poddaszu i na I pietrze. Te drugie maja znacznie lepszy standard. Łazienki przy pokojach na poddaszu sa nie funkcjonalne i bardzo małe. Zauważyłam znaczacy wzrost ceny hoteku w stosunku do 2021 r.

Cons:

Śniadanie nie pasowało jakoscia do standardu hotelu. Potrawy nie były najlepszej jakosci , a kelnerka wyraźnie jeszcze musi sie duuuuuzo uczyc od swojego świetnego kolegi obsługującego restauracje wieczorem.
