Pros:

Got an upgrade which was great. Staff very helpful and friendly. clean and functional. Breakfast is basic which was fine for me .

Cons:

Decor abit dated . Could benefit from some cosmetic maintenance.

The reception staff member was welcoming & helpful. Good location.

Cons:

Bathroom door couldn't be closed properly without it completely jamming, requiring staff to make temporary fix. However, the duty staff were helpful in doing this. It needs repairing & if not, a notice to warn users. Tired decorations in need of renovation. Dusty smell. Balcony furniture old & dirty. Breakfast very poor with no tea, orange squash not orange juice & little choice of decent food options. We gave breakfast a miss after the first morning.

A pleasant if brief one night stay, but we will definitely do it again when in Campbell RIver.
Pros:

Overall, very attractive, clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We appreciated the decor, artworks and amenities, also that we could bring our pet. And, of course, lovely views of Discovery Passage and Cape Mudge.

Cons:

Sadly, the breakfast had run out of food just before we arrived at 7:00am; the breakfast room was understandably busy. We were surprised in the evening to discover there were no wine glasses in the room's kitchen, an easy must-have for a boutique hotel. The balcony needed some attention (screen door) and cleaning (chairs).

Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp absolut OK.
Pros:

Zimmer Ok. Leider war unser Zimmer total dunkel, da im hinteren Bereich des Hauses und von hohen Hecken, nah am Haus, umgeben.
Kein Zimmerservice. Nur nach Abreise werden die Zimmer gereinigt. Das einfaches amerikanische Frühstück ist OK.
Kostenlose Waschmöglichkeit immer am Nachmittag. Sehr nettes, hilfreiches Personal. Parkplatz unter dem Haus.

Cons:

Der Balkon war kaum nutzbar. Dunkel, keine Aussicht. Die defekte Insektenschutztür lag einfach auf dem Balkon und zu den beiden Plastikstühlen gab es keinen Passenden Tisch.

This is the suite: bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom. There is also huge ice maker downstairs. Washer is free to use. It’s good value for family vacation.

A pleasant stay with nothing to complain of
Pros:

Every thing was good. A rich and complete breakfast laid at the declared time. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend anybody to stay there
