①タバコ臭が廊下などの共用部分にあったこと
②申込んだ時は禁煙室だったと思っていたが連絡は、禁煙室だったこと。ホテル側が対応してくれたがタバコ臭は簡単に取れなかったこ

心地よかったです

仙台の街は大変綺麗でゴミゴミしてなくて気に入りました！
Pros:

清潔感は良かったです。お風呂もトイレも綺麗にされてました。

Cons:

もう少し痒いところに手が届くの対応があっても良かったかなぁ。実は私は、ホテルに泊まるのは25年ぶりになります。隔世の感がありました。私みたいなお客さんもいらっしゃるのではないでしょうか？ルームキーや食事のお皿や給仕の仕方など心細いこともあるものです。大阪はせっかちな人間が多いので、色々、スタッフさんが導いてくれたりしたもんですね。時代が違うと言えばそれまでですが…。難しいこともありますからねぇ。慣れている人ばかりではないというのはわかっていて下さいな。
