Big Room and great location

Cons:

This was our second stay here. The restaurant service was so bad they comped the meal. Not much use when they wrecked our evening. Eat elsewhere

The room is a bit dated with old and stained rug. The AC was not working properly in my room and the staff has not been helpful to fix it

Beautiful boutique hotel
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Yerevan. The beautiful, authentic design immediately stood out, and my spacious room was exceptionally comfortable. The bed and mattress were excellent, and I appreciated the bathrobe, high-quality toiletries, and all the thoughtful details that made the stay feel special.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. I was especially impressed by their trust and flexibility. My mother arrived about four hours before I did, and I asked if she could check in before I had a chance to pay. They kindly allowed it, and I settled the bill later. I can't imagine many hotels in Europe would do that, so I truly appreciate their kindness and trust. A huge thank you to the entire team!
The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options and excellent coffee. I also loved the peaceful, boutique atmosphere of the hotel. The pool area was a wonderful bonus, especially during the hot summer days.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan. I would happily stay here again

The small downside is a construction next to the hotel -but they can’t change it )

Очень приличный отель, прекрасное расположение. Уборка каждый день. Хороший завтрак.

Cons:
