Pros:

The hotel is very well located, the room spacious and comfortable and very clean, the bed was comfortable and the hotel facilities are very good. The breakfast was good but I would have welcomed more coffee options.

wonderful, traditional style experience.
Pros:

historic building, great location just on Vermisage market, pampering & not too big hotel, lovely pool for refreshing after a long day of site seeing, rich breakfast buffet.

Cons:

не совсем поняла как работает house keeping. приезжала по работе, нужно было быть за компом. уборка номера была какая-то хоатичная по времени, то в 12, то в 17.... выходила из номера например в 12, в ресторан подождать и поработать, в итоге возвращалась, а номер так и не был убран, потом просто брала полотенца
