соотношении цены и качества замечательные. расположение отличное. персонал квалифицированный,Ю дображелательный

Cons:

не совсем поняла как работает house keeping. приезжала по работе, нужно было быть за компом. уборка номера была какая-то хоатичная по времени, то в 12, то в 17.... выходила из номера например в 12, в ресторан подождать и поработать, в итоге возвращалась, а номер так и не был убран, потом просто брала полотенца

Pros:

Отель расположен в самом центре Еревана — очень удобная локация, особенно если хочется гулять по городу и быть в шаговой доступности от основных мест.
Сам номер очень чистый, комфортный и хорошо оборудованный. Есть всё необходимое: шапочки для душа, зубные щётки, тапочки, халаты. Также в номере есть гладильная доска и утюг — очень удобно.
В целом отель оставил приятное впечатление. Главные плюсы — прекрасное расположение, чистота, комфорт и внимание к деталям.

Cons:

Нас поселили в номер с видом на стройку. Поскольку мы практически не находились в номере и всё время гуляли по Еревану, для нас это не стало большой проблемой. Утром стройка совершенно не мешала спать — шума не было. Но сам вид, конечно, не самый приятный. Если бы мы знали об этом заранее, то, скорее всего, выбрали бы номер классом выше с видом на город.
Зато очень порадовали кадки с лавандой на подоконниках — такая приятная деталь, которая сразу создаёт настроение Армении 💜

Завтраки были очень скудными. Яичница с сосисками - единственное, что нашли поесть. Ни блинов, ни омлетов, даже скрембл не было. Кофе пить невозможно, но в баре можно заказать хороший кофе. 1 чашка бесплатно.
Бассейн ледяной. Написано 25 градусов, но даже в жару, невозможно было даже минуту проплавать.

lovely boutique hotel that will not break the bank and the staff was great
Pros:

the location is not bad .. while its not i nthe middle of the city but its close to it. for me i had older parents who couldnt walk to the middle of the city so it wasnt ideal. but i liked it

Cons:

not much . i feel the buffet for breakfast could use some veriety . for the few days i was there it was the exact same menu. so if we were there for an extended period we would get bored

Hotel Review & Helpful Tips
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, and its location was one of the biggest highlights. Everything I needed was within easy walking distance:
● The metro, just a few minutes’ walk away.
● A supermarket with currency exchange, where I was able to change English pound notes into Dram small notes.
● A grocery supermarket for essentials.
● Republic square.
● The Vernissage Market, which was literally about 30 seconds from the hotel entrance.
If you ask at reception, they will provide you with a very useful city map. It also includes driving distances to many of the country’s main attractions, which is handy if you are planning any day trips or excursions.
Arrival Tip
As you leave the airport, you will find staff handing out eSIMs, which is very convenient if you have not arranged mobile data before you arrive.
Room Amenities
If you are travelling with hand luggage only, you will find that the room is well equipped. It includes:
● Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, body lotion and a face flannel.
● A sewing kit.
● A hairdryer.
● A kettle and tea bags.
● Complimentary bottled water, although the local tap water is also safe to drink.
Useful Information
● You will need a two-pin European plug adapter, specifically the type with two slim round pins, not the thicker round-pin version.
● If you book directly through the hotel’s website, they offer a free airport pick-up.
● Breakfast ( very nice) is served from 7:30 a.m., so if you have an early excursion, you may miss it.
Don’t miss the fountain show in Republic square.
Yerevan feels very safe, even at night, families and friends socialising create a lovely environment.

Schönes im traditionellen Stil gehaltenes Hotel
Pros:

Super Lage! Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum und sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vernissage Markt direkt vor der Haustüre. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und sauber! Sehr großzügiges Badezimmer.

Cons:

Rund um das Hotel wird viel gebaut. Im Hotel hört man das gar nicht. Der Pool ist der Baustelle aber ausgesetzt. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

Wir hatten im April einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Tufenkian Historic Yerevan. Das Hotel besticht durch seine hervorragende, sehr zentrale Lage – der Hraparak (Republikplatz) ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock mit einem tollen Blick direkt auf den Vernissage-Markt. Obwohl das Hotel so zentral liegt, war es im Zimmer angenehm ruhig.
Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist angenehm, wenn auch etwas zurückhaltend. Ein echtes Highlight ist der kulturelle Aspekt: Es gibt einen Ausstellungsraum mit Kunst sowie einen großen Raum mit den berühmten Tufenkian-Teppichen und armenischen Kunstwerken, die man dort auch erwerben kann. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett, das Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer bequem. Alles bestens!

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Pros:

Номер отличный, вид из окна супер. Reception и housekeeping отличные и вежливые, весь персонал отличные. Убирались и каждый день меняли на новые принадлежности для проживание. Еда отличная вкусная. Локация топ.
