Excellent stop-over on the South West Coast Path walk.
Pros:

I received a complimentary upgrade - hugely appreciated after walking 12 miles that day on the South West Coast Path walk. The room was huge and the bed super-comfortable. The swimming pool and sauna was massively appreciated too. The Staff were outstanding and the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is being upgraded on a room by room basis - and they are doing a fabulous job! I will be returning with my husband.

Pros:

The Falmouth Hotel is timelessly elegant and is in a wonderful location. The staff could not have been better, from the first welcome to our reluctant departure. They were helpful, kind and friendly. Breakfast was great quality, with a good selection and the service was excellent.

The view from the bedroom spectacular.
Fabulous building.

Cons:

The hotel needs some TLC it is a bit rundown.
A telephone call mid afternoon when we were asleep asking how the room was!
Soap dispensers at shower height are hopeless for the bath.
