Great for family stay
Pros:

The layout and space of the rooms. Quiet and good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Café below was very convenient.

Cons:

A shower door or curtain would be helpful on the bathtub for showering, to stop water spraying out onto floor.
Bottom dishwasher rack did not function well.

Well beyond our expectations, and perfect for those with small (or larger) children
Pros:

I travelled with my wife and two-year-old daughter to the Circus Apartments and, frankly, it blew us away. I haven't stayed anywhere in a long time where I had such a strong desire to *not* leave at the end of our holiday, and we're all pining to come back at some point. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (great kinderplatz recommendations!), the general premises were clean and modern, there were even free snacks (vegan cake!) in the reception area.

But crikey, the apartment... Massive, modern, everything we could have needed (even a washbasket), comfortable, free coffee, toys provided for the sprog, a cot set up when we arrived, a lovely balcony to stare at the (cherry?) blossoms from. I would have been happy with something 50% as good as this was, so we were genuinely blown away by the place.

Additionally the location was fantastic, surrounded by delightful cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and shops, and with fantastic public transport links to the rest of Berlin and beyond. It made our day trip to Leipzig even more enjoyable that getting from and back to the apartment was as straightforward as it was.

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be looking to return in future.

Cons:

We had issues - we went to the wrong Circus property, the internet wasn't functional when we arrived, the bathplug wouldn't come unstuck. But the first was our fault, the second wasn't a big deal and was fixed by the next day, and the third was sorted the same day. None of them actually mattered or impacted our enjoyment at all.

Un excellent séjour !
Pros:

L'établissement est idéalement situé, près de la très vivante Kastanienallee et du quartier de Prenzlauerberg, avec plusieurs lignes de transports à proximité. L'appartement était impeccable à notre arrivée, en plus d'être très spacieux, bien équipé et confortable. L'équipe de the Circus Apartments est hyper serviable et même adorable, leur attention à l'accueil des clients est remarquable.

Overall excellent
Pros:

Great apartment (we had the one with the roof terrace which had a wonderful view). Very well appointed and laid out. Great staff - couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Excellent neighbourhood - good transport and good walking

Pros:

Breakfast is served all day in a sit down cafe downstairs and is absolutely delicious! Dishes have a Mediterranean flare and are extremely flavorful. The apartment itself was sparkling clean and spacious with gorgeous windows. Staff present between 7 am and 9 pm downstairs, all incredibly friendly and helpful with all of our logistics!

Amazing apartment in a top location with very friendly staff
Pros:

The apartments are modern, beautiful and well equipped. A lot of details are very nice, like good soap, and great kitchen accessories. The staff was extremely helpful and easy to contact, not some deserted apartment building operated with key boxes. It felt more like a hotel.

I was staying with my teenage daughter. We asked to use the sleeping sofa for her. The staff not only brought the bed linnen, but actually set up the whole bed with the linnen, so everything was waiting for us when we returned later that night. The neighborhood is really wonderful and for most activities in Berlin, the south side of Prenzlauer Berg is the best location for a home base.

Cons:

Nothing. I have stayed in Berlin quite a few times. This was the best experience. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Holy buckets was this apartment enormous. And the staff so friendly. Location can't be beat, very close to public transportation and near tons of shops and restaurants.

Made the Trip Even Better!
Pros:

Booking our stay at the Circus Apartments was one of my best decisions regarding our trip to Germany. The accommodations were very clean and spacious, especially the living area, and included all modern conveniences. Two bedrooms, one with twin beds, so our family with a teenage son and daughter had plenty of space. Huge windows so we could watch the locals go about their day. Two good-sized bathrooms. We loved the location, as we were staying where the locals live, but within walking distance of tourist attractions and the train station. The concierges were so kind and gladly helped us with our requests (and spoke English!).
