Desolate Zustände trotz angeblicher großer Renovierung

Cons:

[ ] Empfang unprofessionell und unfreundlich an provisorisch wirkendem Tisch im Flur nach etlichen Minuten Wartezeit
[ ] Klimaanlage kühlt nicht (bei extremen Temperaturen)
[ ] Duschkabine sehr klein, Wasser aus Brauseschlauch spritzt in alle Himmelsrichtungen über die Duschkabine, somit Badezimmer nach Duschvorgang überschwemmt
[ ] Tür zum Gemeinschaftsbalkon nur mit Gewalt zu öffnen
[ ] Keine Möglichkeit, den Raum adäquat abzudunkeln
[ ] Parkplätze nicht ausreichend vorhanden, da auch Restaurantgäste dort parken
[ ] Frühstück überschaubar, Rührei war grünlich und kein echtes Ei, Säfte waren wässrig

Es war eine sehr schöne und sehr heiße Woche. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Schlichtes einfaches Hotel, aber sehr sauber. Das Resraurant im Hotel ist sehr schön und weiterzuempfehlen.

Cons:

Sehr einfaches Frühstück. Die Klimatisierung war verbesserungsbedürftig bei fast 40 grad. ansonsten alles tiptop.

Das gebuchte Dreibettzimmer war ein Zweibettzimmer mit einem Norbert.
Die Klimaanlage hatte nicht funktioniert nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen sagte man müsse auf den Shef warten der kommt um 22 Uhr. Ich habe die ganze Nacht kein Auge zugetan und in früh sagte man nur es tut mir leid nach nachfragen meinerseits gab es einen Preisnachlass von 6 € das ist eine Beleidigung nicht zu Empfehlung für

Kahvaltı çok kötüydü,neredeyse yiyecek hiç bir şey yoktu.Oda 3 kişilik konaklama için çok küçüktü. Temizlik iyi yapılmamıştı ve banyo çok eskiydi.

Hotel in guter Lage aber ohne funktionstüchtiger Klimaanlage
Pros:

Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Man kann direkt in der Unterkunft parken und trotzdem zu Fuß die Uferpromenade erkunden. Der Ort Cassone ist für Gardaseeverhältnisse im August nicht von Touristenmassen überloffen und deshalb empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war recht enttäuschend - statt zu kühlen hat sie nur etwas Luft hin und her bewegt. Wir haben über Nacht unseren mitgebrachten Tischventilator laufen lassen und die Fenster geöffnet. Grundsätzlich handelte es sich nicht um ein Zimmer, das laut den Bildern in 2025 renoviert wurde. Aus diesen Gründen gebe ich nur 8 von 10 Punkten.

Lage ist perfekt. Man ist nah an malcesine, aber gleichzeitig weg von allen Touristen.
Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Terrasse - es war super. Man konnte Sonnenuntergänge und die Berge genießen

ACHTUNG: AUF KEINEN FALL BUCHEN
Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist auf einfachsten Niveau und der Preis bei weitem nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir haben ein angeblich in 2025 renoviertes Vierbettzimmer für 2 Übernachtungen gebucht. Nach Ankunft im Hotel hat man uns in ein Nebengebäude geführt und uns ein kleines Appartement mit Einrichtung aus den 70er Jahren zur Übernachtung angeboten. Als Klimaanlage haben wir hier 2 alte Ventilatoren vorgefunden. Nach Beschwerde hat man uns dann ein Vierbettzimmer zugewiesen, welches ebenfalls nicht der Ausstattung auf den Bildern der Anzeige entsprochen hat.
Nachdem wir das Personal mit dem Sachverhalt konfrontiert haben wurde versucht die Schuld auf Booking abzuwälzen.
An der Rezeption versicherte man uns auf unsere Beschwerde wir könnten das Zimmer kostenfrei stornieren.
Dies hatte ich dann per Email zusätzlich zur Stornierung festgehalten. Der komplette Betrag wurde jedoch trotzdem abgebucht.

Struttura situata nel cuore di Cassone.
La nostra stanza aveva un’ottima vista e dotata di ogni comfort.
La colazione buonissima.
Nota lodevole anche per il posto auto, con la possibilità di ricarica alla colonnina per veicoli elettrici.

Das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war ok und renoviert. Das Personal jedoch sehr nett. Parkplatz war vorhanden, die Lage war auch ok. Es stand ein Balkon zum Innehof zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage bei 34 Grad leider defekt, was den Aufenthalt nicht sehr angenehm gestaltet hat. Der zur Verfügung gestellte Ventilator war ok. Der Schalter der Klimanlage hatte keine Abdeckung, so dass die ganze Technik offen lag. Das Bad sehr eng, die Dusche sehr sehr klein.

Pratique pour un court séjour

Arrivée tardive (22h30), la personne de l'accueil est agréable, souriante et anglophone. La chambre est propre et moderne. La salle de bain est un peu plus "dans son jus", et surtout petite. Il n'y a pas suffisamment d'espace pour faire sécher nos 3 serviettes... Nous avions un petit balcon, avec une jolie vue sur la petite rivière (et un petit bout du lac). L'hotel est situé à quelques mètres du sentier qui longe le lac, très agréable. Le parking est petit mais bien pratique.

Cons:

Le support pour papier WC était cassé. Le papier était "stocké"/posé sur la réserve de chasse d'eau (trop haut pour être récupéré une fois assis) ou sur le lavabo (mouillé)... Au petit déjeuner, un seul café est proposé, la personne a disparu ensuite. Le buffet aussi n'est pas ré-approvisionné, nous conseillons donc d'aller dès ouverture pour un peu plus de choix. Peu de propositions salées, mais des fruits, gateaux, céréales, croissants,...

Cons:

The hotel is in the middle of the road, so it takes driving everywhere. Not particularly clean either. Our AC didn't work and we were suffering a heatwave which was answered with shoulder shrugs and "sorry we can't do anything". They offered refund if we left early, but we were supposed to wait for the boss to do the refund and the boss never came so we left.. Customer service is lacking. All in all very disappointing experience in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Cons:

Adresa odredišta nije točna te stvara probleme navigaciji u autu. Soba sa dobivanjem klime na upit u 21 stoljeću??? Osoblje na odlasku nije se ni potrudilo pitati koji je razlog ranijeg odlaska. Cijena??? to ni naši u Dalmaciji ne bi mogli bolje...
I na kraj spavate kod neke žabokrečine tako da je općenito dojam loš.
