Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig. Die Zimmertür war verzogen und darunter ein ca. 3 cm breiter Spalt.

We were treated with the best 'Care & Concern' for Great Family Time Get-together.
Pros:

This Hotel is conveniently located just off Hwy 401. Our Family was located in rooms close together and just down the hall from a lovely restaurant called 'Journey's Cuisine' with not only exotic but professionally prepared and served food. We had a great family time together.

Expectiations met!
Pros:

The service was excellent and the room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Its just that the location didnt have much around to do. However, we came for the renowned restaurant and chef. it was excellent. Thank you.

The location was a bit remote.

Es gab zwei Türen von Nachbarzimmern, die man fest aufstoßen musste, um herauszukommen. Das ist laut.

Staff is great, service is great. Cleaned the room on request, and I had to check out early, and they accommodated the request. This was my 3rd stay at Best Western, always a good experience.

Cons:

The gym should have Free Weights and better gym equipment.
