Please note that the property can only be accessed via steep and narrow stairs.

Double or twin beds request is subject to the guest’s arrival.

Canal view rooms are not available upon request; a special type of room needs to be booked in order to get the canal view.

Full payment will be made by Booking.com in advance.

It's very close to the central station,

Cons:

Street is very noisy and dirty. Two days ago, I stayed at another hotel in Amsterdam for a similar price. The service here was definitely worse. The staff were rude. The room and bed were noticeably smaller. And who thinks of putting the luggage room one floor down? Of course, I know the narrow staircase problem is common in all central buildings. But this caused extra fatigue. Although the person working there told me in the morning that there was an elevator and I shouldn't worry, in the evening someone else almost yelled in my face that there wasn't an elevator, apparently that's how single rooms are. Terrible professionalism. Also, they take a deposit from your card(not accepted cash) for the room key, which was quite difficult to track.

對我獨行來說空間大 很幸運
員工待度友善 有問題問都會耐心說明
最棒的是可以寄放行李

飯店下是是個小酒館 但是在房內完全聽不到 晚上很安靜 睡的很好

Cons:

不是不喜歡
只是因為是老建物所以是沒有電梯的 完全可以理解
但只是要提醒行李多又重的旅客如果被分到三樓會比較辛苦一點
因為樓梯非常的陡和窄 有年紀的行李重又多可能會有點辛苦

Il n’est ni propre ni confortable, difficile à trouver, on dirait que c’est un bar . Désolé, mais c’était un Hotel à refaire.

Definitely stay again
Pros:

Easy to locate from central station, 8 minute walk max. Great location, right in the middle of everything you need.
Friendly staff, comfortable beds, good food, and drink

Cons:

We booked 3 rooms via booking.com, clearly states what rooms you are booking. When we arrived 1 of the rooms we got given wasn't what we booked and they wouldn't or maybe couldn't rectify the issue. And the extra room fees they charge on arrival is disgusting no advertising of additional charges just expected to pay or don't stay basically. €50 euros per head, but to be fair the lady done me a deal as she could see i wasn't happy about it. So we did only pay €100 extra but it's not the point.

It met my needs for first visit to Amsterdam.
Pros:

Location, especially as I had to catch very early train. And I, woman in my 60s, felt happy having a drink and snack by myself in the bar early evening even though it’s a busy part of the city.

Cons:

Room was really small and stairs really steep (but not a big problem)

A pasos de la Estación Central y la Plaza Dam
Pros:

Nos hospedamos en este hotel durante nuestra visita a Ámsterdam y la principal razón por la que lo recomendaría es su ubicación.

Está a pocos minutos caminando de la Estación Central, lo que resulta especialmente cómodo para quienes llegan o salen en tren y viajan con equipaje. Además, se encuentra en pleno centro, muy cerca del Barrio Rojo, de la Plaza Dam, de los canales más emblemáticos y de muchos de los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad. Durante nuestra estancia prácticamente pudimos movernos caminando a todas partes.

Lo último y no menos importante, su gatico, adorable.

Cons:

Las escaleras son extremadamente empinadas, estrechas y pronunciadas, incluso para los estándares de Ámsterdam. Más allá del equipaje, pueden representar una verdadera dificultad para personas mayores, con movilidad reducida o simplemente para quienes no se sienten cómodos subiendo varios pisos por este tipo de estructuras.

También nos sorprendió que la habitación estuviera ubicada en un edificio frente al hotel principal, algo que no habíamos comprendido al momento de hacer la reserva.

En cuanto a la limpieza, la encontramos aceptable, aunque no fue uno de los puntos fuertes del alojamiento. Adicionalmente, la ducha tenía un diseño poco práctico y terminaba mojando gran parte del baño después de cada uso.
