Mejor hotel de Cusco
Pros:

Todo, no hay nada malo que decir. El hotel es precioso, con habitaciones muy amplias y cama muy comoda. Se descansa muy bien a pesar de estar a apenas 5 minutos de la plaza.
El personal es super amable y el desayuno increible, mucha variedad y posibilidad de pedir algunas cosas a la carta.
Este hotel deberia tener mas estrellas, he estado en hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas peores que este.

Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado, a pocos pasos de la Plaza de Armas. El desayuno es muy completo y rico. La habitación estaba limpia y la atención del personal fue muy buena. Muy recomendable.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que la habitación era interior, por lo que no tenía iluminación natural del exterior.

Super freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Bequeme Betten, gute Ausstattung, gutes Frühstück. Schönes historisches Gebäude. Koffer können deponiert werden, sehr guter Service. Fußläufig zum Stadtkern, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Lokalen.

Das Bad war nicht gut geputzt.

Nous avons été 2 fois dans cet hôtel.
La première fois, rien à dire. La chambre était très bien. La seconde fois, nous avons eu une chambre côté rue, c’est un peu plus bruyant …
Dans tous les cas, nous avons apprécié nos séjours dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant et le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Did the job to acclimatise in Cusco.
Pros:

Comfortable and great breakfast. Staff lovely.

Noisy room on the front. Paid for a deluxe room and would have preferred a quieter courtyard setting.

Instalaciones bonitas, cama súper cómoda. Buena calefacción en la habitación. Excelente disposición del personal a ayudar, en especial Jerson.

Excellent service and would certainly stay here again when visiting Cusco!
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel for 4 days. I did ask for a birthday celebration and the only way they front desk must've known was looking at my passport during check-in. I checked in with Patricia and she must've sent up the sweet treat and 3 people up to my room to sing Happy Birthday to me!

Excelente localização. Pertinho de tudo a pé (compras pontos turísticos, restaurantes) . Quarto muito confortável. Fomos recebidos com algumas cortesias no frigobar (garrafas de águas com gás, cervejas, refrigerantes). O quarto é tão quentinho no frio que dispensa o aquecedor portátil. Carpete muito limpo e sem cheiro (sou alérgico e não tive nenhum problema). Cama, travesseiros, roupa da cama, tudo de qualidade. Chuveiro ótimo. Com pressão e água bem quente. O quarto que peguei no piso superior era muito grande. Silêncio absoluto para dormir a noite. Café da manhã bem variado e gostoso. Equipe simpática e prestativa. Uma ótima opção de hospedagem em Cusco. Voltaria a me hospedar

Nice stay in Cusco
Pros:

Nice hotel close to the action. Hotel had nice double pane casement windows which kept the street noise down surprisingly well. Nice breakfast with opportunity to order eggs the way you wish as well as scrambled available at the buffet. Nice bakery across the street to pick up a late night fresh churro for 2 soles!

Cons:

Some patrons would forget to close the door to the breakfast room which made it cool in the mornings but nice if it was closed.

A great stay in Cusco
Pros:

Tierra Viva Cusco Centro was a lovely stay right a central area of Cusco. Our room was clean and we enjoyed the many options at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone visiting Cusco.
