Beautiful experience for one night in this hotel.
Very nice facilities, most comfortable bed and such a friendly personnel. We got a huge room with an amazing view on the sea. Breakfast was also delicious.

Portorož is a beautiful town with plenty to see and do.

Location was great.

Cons:

The hotel staff seemed less friendly than expected, and the overall atmosphere felt a bit strange. The housekeeping staff often knocked on our door to ask if they could clean the room while we were still inside, even though they had the entire morning and most of the day to do so.
Bed linen is only changed if you place a green card on the bed, but we hadn't even noticed that this information was provided in the room.
The bathroom was quite dark, and the toilet seat was noticeably yellowed, which gave the impression that it was old or poorly maintained.
The hotel also charges €24 per day for parking, which doesn't feel reasonable considering the price of the accommodation.
