Das gesamte Personal war sehr höflich zu zuvorkommend. Das Abendessen im Lokal außergewöhnlich. Klasse Weinkarte.

Pięknie położony obiekt- ale obsługa hotelu ( recepcja/ restauracja) psuje atmosferę.
Pros:

Hotel położony w ładnym parku- idealne miejsce na pobyt z psem, jak również imprezy plenerowe.

Cons:

Obsługa klienta- jak na hotel 4* bardzo na niskim poziomie. Można się czuć jak gość miłe niewidziany, niepoinformowany o podstawowych usługach obiektu ( a w ofercie jest np. SPA). Śniadania bardzo przeciętne, z bardzo niesmaczną kawą. Restauracja czynna do godziny 21.00- zatem o 20.00 nie można liczyć już na miłą obsługę ( pani kelnerka mało sympatyczna- sposób obsługi- jak z baru mlecznego). Hotel reklamuje się jako dom wina- a nie ma możliwości serwowania wina na lampki.
