This was my second time here, and it certainly won’t be my last. A nice alternative to crowded and noisy Kraków

The surroundings and the building itself are wonderful. The service is top-notch

Cons:

The lights go out at night, and I had to walk to the car in complete darkness; it was a bit scary, especially as I could hear what were most likely roe deer in the distance.

Miejsce z potencjałem, ale ze złym podejściem do gości
Pros:

Zacznę od plusów, bo są prawdziwe: nasze psy zostały przywitane legowiskami, miskami i smakołykami — potraktowane lepiej niż większość hoteli traktuje ludzi. Okolica przepiękna, budynek z klasą, spa naprawdę świetne. Pokój czysty.

Cons:

I tu dobre wiadomości się kończą.
Rezerwacja dla trzech osób, pokój dwuosobowy — i to taki, w którym rozłożenie walizek wymagało planu, negocjacji i odrobiny szczęścia. Do tego zimno. Mimo że obiekt świecił pustkami, dostaliśmy pokój możliwie najdalej od windy, z obowiązkowym odcinkiem schodów. Z walizkami i dwoma psami zameldowanie zamieniło się w trening obwodowy.
Lodówka w pokoju prowadziła własne, bujne życie w postaci kolonii bakterii. Szkoda, że nie było jej w opisie oferty — to jedyna atrakcja, której się nie spodziewaliśmy.
Śniadania: wybór tak ograniczony, że drugiego dnia wiedzieliśmy już wszystko, co menu ma do zaoferowania.
Podsumowując: miejsce z ogromnym potencjałem i zaskakująco słabą warstwą operacyjna. Psy wróciłyby chętnie. Ludzie — niekoniecznie

とても素敵なホテルした！猫好きさんにおすすめ。

ヴィエリチカ岩塩坑にいくのに宿泊しました。歴史的な建物や、昔のお金持ちや貴族の住まいに興味のある方にはとてもおすすめです。大変優雅な気持ちで宿泊できます。お部屋や調度品もとても素敵です。敷地の景色はダウントン・アビーの世界でとても素晴らしかったです。オーナーの飼い猫がホテルの中を闊歩しています。スタッフの話によると彼はこのホテルの王様だそうです。時々ゲストの部屋にも入ってくるそうです。撫でられます。とても可愛かったです。今回は朝食しか利用できませんでしたが、レストランもとても素敵です。朝食も大変おいしかったです。次回はぜひディナーも食べたいと思います。岩塩坑や駅からはタクシーで15分くらいです。

Cons:

ホテルとのチャットは、基本的に返信が早いのですが夕方以降は返事が遅い時もあります。レストランの予約時間に帰りが間に合わなくなったので、夕食をどうするべきが連絡しようと思ったのですが返事がなく、困りました。結局レストランをキャンセルし、手持ちのインスタント食品やお菓子で過ごしました。レストランは9時までですが、ラストオーダーはおそらく8時くらいだと思うのでそれより帰りが遅くなる場合は事前に連絡するか、外で済ませていくのが良いです。ホテル周辺にはコンビニもありません。
