Staff is very polite, views for the city are great, very good hotel shop with lots of nice products and amazing breakfast, mixing japanese and western standards.

Cons:

Rooms were small and with old fashioned bathrooms, more of motel style then a 4-star hotel. Also, the only option for dinner after 9pm was the Lawson shop 15 min walk downhill. No expresso machines available during breakfast or in the restaurants. Very cerimonial treatment during checkin, they offer treats and beverages, but it takes time... feels very slow when you just need a refreshment shower!
