An elegant hilltop gem with flawless service and stunning views.
Pros:

A wonderful hotel on top of the hill. The service was amazing, from the welcome tea and sweets to the final check-out. They upgraded my room, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful cherry blossoms against the backdrop of Fukuoka City. The room was incredibly spacious, spotless, elegant, and comfortable. Small but a nice gym. Breakfast was fantastic—they accommodated all my dietary needs with great attention to detail. For Japanese onsen lovers, the hotel's public bath is a wonderful treat (even though it's not a natural hot spring). Above all, the hotel staff's smiles and professional attitude were both exceptional. This will definitely be my go-to accommodation whenever I visit Fukuoka.

Cons:

It would be nice if the shuttle bus schedule were more frequent.

20年ぶりの同窓会での利用でした。スタッフの対応がとても良く、シャトルバス利用で夜の街へのお出かけも出来ました。
来年も予約してよ〜だとお友達からリクエストがあったくらいです。

快適で、ゆっくり休めました。
Pros:

スタッフの制服が堅苦しくなく優しそうな印象で感じが良かったです。
対応も良かったと思います。
お部屋の冷蔵庫に無料の飲み物(ビール・シャンパン・ジュース)が入っており嬉しかったです。

Cons:

お部屋は白を基調として清潔感があり良かったです。
時々他のお部屋のドアを閉める音がビクッとするくらい大きく聞こえて驚きました。
