Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is excellent, close to the metro and bus stations. The rooms are also noticeably larger than the average hotel room in Seoul. For the price, it’s a very good choice.

Cons:

We had an issue with the A/C, which made loud noises during the night even when it was turned off. We reported it, and the staff moved us to another room as soon as one became available. The noise was better but not completely gone, and we also noticed that sounds from the corridor were easy to hear at night.

If you’re a light sleeper, bringing earplugs might be a good idea. Other than that, we had a good stay and would recommend the hotel.

Pros:

Perfect location.

Cons:

The room was outdated. When we first got into the shower, there was hair in it. The public areas of the hotel were dirty. The breakfast was very poor.

Hotel is within walking distance of everything. Poor experience hence the toilet situation.
Cons:

Our room had a blocked toilet two days in a row which made the experience less than desirable. Had to use the lobby toilet. Day three got changed to a new room.

The staff is very kind and helpfull at all times

Cons:

The water in the shower took much longer to warm up than I expected, and the internet in the room was not high speed as advertised. I told that to the reception and then they changed the router and it was better, but before that not so great.
