The convenience and location near the metro.
Staff is super friendly.
Room is comfortable and decent size
Excellent location
Room was very dated, upset to discover upon check in, that we weren’t actually booked into stay at the Centurion Grand as my confirmation suggested. We were moved across the street to the centurion vintage. Staff were wonderful, but that was just our biggest let down. When you book, you only have pictures and reviews to go by, and I felt misled about where we were staying and what we paid for.
Tremendous service. Very clean and staff was responsive. Large room by Tokyo standards.
Perfect clean, staff great. Check in and check in both smooth. We left bags on both occasions with no issue.
Very clean rooms and had everything you needed including robes and a water kettle.
So many Dining options close by and train station is a 5 mins walk away
I couldn't have asked for a better place to start off my holiday in Japan.
When we believed that disaster had struck when one of mu friends had lost his passport. The staff at the hotel helped us track down the passport back at the airport. Form a potential trip ender to trip saviours we simply can not thank the staff enough for everything that they have done.
Nice hotel option. Room isn’t huge but it did the job. Me and my partner stayed and we had 1 suitcase and 2 carry on bags plus 2 backpacks. Close to plenty of food options and 7-eleven is 30 seconds away. Train station is close too. We took the train to shibuya shinjuku and the train rides weren’t long at all. Laundry in the building and not expensive at all
room is small, not clean, but nice staff and good location
Staff were very friendly! Many dining options close to hotel. Close to subway!
Staff was very friendly and accomodating with luggage when we arrived early. Also great location - many restaurants and main subway a few minutes away. I've visited Tokyo many times and yet this was my first time in Akasaka - I missed out and this is great for travelers.
Firstly an issue in rate communication between the hotel and hotels.com! On arrival we were told we would need to pay extra for our children, even though we’d included this in our search criteria when booking!
The hotel is also in not a very good state of repair. Very tired and old.
Not worth the money at all
Very nice staff, great location. Room was a good size and the bathroom was large by Japanese standards. Had a great stay and would book again.
Amazingly quiet in the room compare to the busyness in the area. Staff greets whenever guests leave the hotel or return the hotel. The room is quite damp somehow but bearable. The location is very convenient with numerous coffee shops and convenient shops and drug stores. Several metro lines can be accessed within 5 min.
This hotel was great! Great staff and great location
Lots of good dining around the hotel and less than a minute walk from a good metro station.
I highly recommend this property. Excellent Service. Front desk are very attentive.
Excellent location, easy access to the train and lots of place s to eat around the area. Walking distance to almost everything!
Best place to stay for first time japan traveler.
Staff was nice and accommodating. The hotel itself though is outdated, with old carpet smell. It’s fine it does the job
