Nuestra habitación no tenía operativo el televisor, el desayuno tenía pocas opciones y las porciones eran muy pequeñas. Además la alfombra del pasillo estaban manchadas
This is a beautiful hotel, well-furnished with period pieces. The staff were friendly and accommodating, spoke English very well. The breakfast provided was wonderful! We stayed on the top floor, in a very large and comfortable room. The hotel is located fairly close (walking distance) to the Santiago downtown city center. We walked through a couple of beautiful neighborhoods on our way to and from the Pre-Colombian museum. The only negative - no elevators! Thankfully, the staff helped us carry our luggage up 4 lights of stairs.

The place is great, historic, and well preserved. Nice location, fair cost benefit. Cozy, very nice atmosphere. Staff was helpful. Rooms are large, comfy. Very nice breakfast as well. Nothing to complain, 10/10.

Everything was great. The location is excellent to have many restaurants within walking distance and the area feels very safe. The walks to a variety of restaurant food types were short. The tram to the metropolitan park of Santiago.
I have had the pleasure of staying at this delightful boutique hotel on a number of occasions with family members. It's not too big and it provides a very peaceful haven following an active day in Santiago. It is based on a former castle and has a delightful courtyard where one can have breakfast. The staff are very helpful. It's located in a great neighbourhood for restaurants and other attractions. I will certainly be back!

The Castillo Rojo is a lovely, quiet and comfortable hotel located in a great area. We only stayed one night but it was great!

The location was perfect! My son and I loved the neighborhood, with its beautiful street art, great restaurants, and easy access to major attractions. We always felt safe walking around the area, which made exploring even more enjoyable.
The hotel's breakfast was excellent and the perfect way to start each day. The staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. They arranged an early check-in, a late check-out, and assisted with our airport transportation, which was especially helpful since we stayed at the hotel both at the beginning and end of our trip to Chile.
Our room was comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed, with complimentary bottled water and a great shower. We enjoyed our stay so much that we canceled the other hotel we had booked for the end of our trip and chose to stay here again instead.
I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Chile.
