歌舞伎座に近いホテルをさがしていた。このホテルから10分ぐらいで行くことができ、道順も簡単で、迷わずに行くことができてよかった。フロントがくれた地図もわかりやすかった。
11月初旬で寒い日だったが、暖房が入らなかった。私が泊まったのは７階だった。最初のフロントの説明では、各部屋で冷暖房の設定ができると言ったので、パネルで試してみたができなかった。次のフロントの説明では、この７階は一括管理で、他の宿泊客が先に冷房を設定してしまったたので、あなたは手遅れで、暖房の設定はもうできないとのことだった。フロントが冷暖房を管理せず、ある宿泊客が７階のすべての部屋の冷暖房を左右しまうなんて、不合理な話で全く納得できない。
Location is great. Quiet area close to Ginza
The hotel does not allow rooms to control a/c or heating individually. During my stay they claimed it was “cold” out so they were only offering heating even though it was going up to 20 degrees in the day time and the room needed a bit of a cool down before bed. They said a/c had been switched off for the season. Also, there is only one elevator for eleven floors of rooms with no stairs that can be used outside of an emergency. Waits for the elevator could take quite long.

Need to request water after a day. Appreciate if it would automatucally be provided at least. ☺️
Breakfast sandwch is good but coffee is not much, only in a tiny cup. Hopefully buffet breakfast will be available also like the other APA Hotel nearby.

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, but after just a 10-minute walk you are right in the middle of all the restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are several APA hotels in the area, so we initially went to the wrong one, but luckily they are all within about a 5-minute walk of each other.
The room size is typical for a Japanese hotel, but the space was very well designed, with practical areas for storing luggage and belongings. Everything was clean and comfortable. Both check-in and check-out were quick and completely hassle-free.
Nothing in particular. Just be aware that there are several APA hotels with similar names in the area, so it can be easy to mix them up at first.
