東京駅近くで寝るために泊まるなら便利。
Pros:

新富町から近く、アクセスがとても良かったです。

Cons:

チェックイン時、やチェックアウト時に廊下やエレベーター前にリネン類を回収する袋が投げ捨てたように散らばっていました。フロントの職員はずっと私語をしており、ビジネスホテルだからこんなものかと思いました。
フロントで待ち合わせをしましたが、無茶苦茶暑かった。

とても満足です。
Pros:

ホテルの施設などにおいては通常のビジネスホテルそのもので、期待通りでした。
スタッフの対応が良くて、説明も丁寧です。掃除のスタッフも元気よく挨拶してくれて、必要な備品を確認してくれるので、連泊して部屋内の掃除しないようにお願いしたが、特に不便だと感じたこともありませんでした。
新富町駅からも近く、便利でした。

Pros:

メトロから近く分かり易いロケーションでした。価格との兼ね合いでもバランスがよかった。数年ぶりのアパの利用でしたがフロントの対応も良好で快適に宿泊できました。

Cons:

特に不満とまではいかないが、ベッドでほぼ部屋が占有され他のスペースが少なく余裕がない。基本的になるだけの目的であり、清潔さなどは十分でコスパは高いとは思う。

The property was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

One suggestion would be to add a small seating area in the lobby. There wasn't anywhere to sit while waiting for an Uber, organizing luggage, or taking a few minutes before check-in or after check-out. Even a few chairs would make the space much more comfortable for guests.
