Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you! Reception was good and taking a room with lounge access certainly a good idea. Excellent bathroom. Spacious Tub. Dining was superb. I can definitely commend the SPA. The massage by Deti was not only outstanding but excelling everything: thank you for the hand massage! The pool is large and well serviced. I d love an outdoor pool though.

The staff make this hotel a special experience.
Pros:

The staff on the executive floor were very friendly and professional. Alison sent me a message before we arrived and when she realised we were sisters travelling together we were upgraded to a room with two beds and a sitting room. It was wonderful and luxurious. Max also was helpful and the staff in the lounge could not do enough for us. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful.
Can highly recommend this hotel.
