Otelin gerçekten var olduğuna sevindim

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum .grup olarak arkadaşlarla gittik . Bookingte rezervasyon yaptırdım booking rezervasyonunu kabul etmeyip tekrar ödeme aldılar .düşünün iki kere ödeme yapıyorsunuz Mail order yok .görevliler çok anlayışsız odalar ve yataklar çok küçük kahvaltı yetersiz . Oda değişimi yapmıyorlar doğrusu ilgilenmiyorlar. Booking hemen geri dönüş yaptı .bu konuda hakkını vermek lazım hala şikayet süreci devam ediyor booking her aşamada bilgilendirme yapıyor .

Todo perfecto excepto el bar
Pros:

En general estaba muy limpio. Habitaciones pequeñas pero en muy buen estado. El baño muy limpio. Y todas las zonas comunes muy cuidadas. El personal de recepción y limpieza muy amable y atento.

Cons:

El bar fue un despropósito total. La mujer que lo lleva tiene muy malas formas y no está pendiente de los clientes. Fuimos a comer un día a las 13.00h y no tenían nada más para comer que una pasta pasada y requemada y pizza. Según ella la carta que había en las mesas solo estaba disponible a partir de las 20.00h, cosa que no estaba notificado en ningún lugar. Los platos de pasta eran caros para la mala calidad que tenían.

En cuanto a las habitaciones, lo único que echamos en falta fue una neverita para poder guardar el agua, dado que pasábamos unos días de calor extremo.

Si ubicación nos vino genial para los días que estuvimos por Madrid.
Tiene dos paradas de metro muy cerca, por lo que estás conectado con el centro.
El personal es muy amable y atento.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos gustó de nuestra estancia fue el desayuno.

Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

El trato maravilloso por parte del personal, la habitación y el baño estaban limpios, camas muy cómodas y la ubicación era perfecta, el metro está cerca y es muy fácil moverse a prácticamente a cualquier zona de Madrid.

Cons:

Lo único que eché en falta en la habitación fue una neverita para poder guardar el agua o lo que puedas comprar de comer.

Las camas comodísimas, el desayuno muy rico, el personal amable

Cons:

Para ir al aeropuerto tienes que coger metro,pensábamos que estaba más cerca, para ir a la boca del metro tienes que subir una cuesta larga desde el hotel e íbamos con maletas, pero el hotel excelente y llegamos sin problema al aeropuerto
