Perfect place for muslim travellers with families
Pros:

For muslim travellers, the hotel is halal cerified and near to halal restaurant. The frontliners are friendly and helpful. Suzy has suggested a lot of places to go and how to get the places by public transport. She is very friendly. A boutique hotel with personalised touch, as good as 5 star services.

It was very near to Ben Than Market, Halal food restaurant, Muslim clothing stores and best of all their buffet is halal. It was super convenient since we are travelling with two very young kids

Cons:

There were no baby chair during the buffet breakfast.

Reasonable place to stay near Ben Thanh Market
Pros:

1. The location is near to Ben Thanh Market;

2. Very reasonable price;

3. Room size quite decent;

4. The hotel has about 12 floors, but each floors only have about 5-6 rooms. So even though there's only one elevator in the hotel, but it's quite sufficient since there's not much rooms at each floor levels anyway;

5. Staffs very friendly and easy to communicate with. Suzy from the reception has been quite helpful too and very approachable if you need assistance; and

6. Might consider to stay here again on next trip to HCMC.

Cons:

1. The aircondition in the room is quite slow to cool down the room, which can be quite uncomfortable in HCMC's hot and humid climate. We also realised that the aircondition starts to blow out warm air around 11am up until 6pm, when it starts to cool down again. Again, this can be quite uncomfortable, but for us, we are always out of the room in between those times anyway, so it didn't really bother us that much during our stay. But for others who like to stay in during afternoon, might need to reconsider again; and

2. Breakfast is not good, but not bad either. It's just OK. But considering the value for money you spend in this hotel, it's a reasonable breakfast.
