Location, friendly staff. Stella greeted us with warm hospitality
Nothing much
1. The location is near to Ben Thanh Market;
2. Very reasonable price;
3. Room size quite decent;
4. The hotel has about 12 floors, but each floors only have about 5-6 rooms. So even though there's only one elevator in the hotel, but it's quite sufficient since there's not much rooms at each floor levels anyway;
5. Staffs very friendly and easy to communicate with. Suzy from the reception has been quite helpful too and very approachable if you need assistance; and
6. Might consider to stay here again on next trip to HCMC.
1. The aircondition in the room is quite slow to cool down the room, which can be quite uncomfortable in HCMC's hot and humid climate. We also realised that the aircondition starts to blow out warm air around 11am up until 6pm, when it starts to cool down again. Again, this can be quite uncomfortable, but for us, we are always out of the room in between those times anyway, so it didn't really bother us that much during our stay. But for others who like to stay in during afternoon, might need to reconsider again; and
2. Breakfast is not good, but not bad either. It's just OK. But considering the value for money you spend in this hotel, it's a reasonable breakfast.

Badezimmer soll dringend renoviert werden, die Fuge hat Schimmel, Wasser läuft nach draußen. Es gibt kein Toilettenpapierhalter und die Handtücher sind alt und an den Enden ausgefranst. Wifi hat nicht gut funktioniert.

The service from the staff at the hotel was brilliant, always with a small and friendly.
Our luggage was taken up by a chap called "Hero" and he was a true Hero in his character and smile and help.
The lady in reception Stella was absolutely amazing with the help and support she provided from arrival to departure and printing off stuff that we needed for our flight and taking care of what we needed while we stayed there.
Actually all the staff in the hotel were really friendly and helpful with anything that was required, I would like to appreciate them all for the wonderful service they provided, Stella, Suzy, Hero and Marcus all were superb during our stay in terms of service and personality and friendly support.
As a muslim it was wonderful to see the hotel catering for Muslims with many halal food places on the same street, which seems like a good location for Halal food etc
The room could have been a little larger, there was no space to plug the kettle in to make a cup of tea in the room, there was limited sockets to plug anything in and it was much smaller than I was expecting, one of the plugs was coming off the wall which looked dangerous, however that said the room was clean and the bathroom was also clean, TV and AC in the room worked really well, it just felt small for a delux double
