Cadre verdoyant dans un hôtel de charme où nous ressentons l'histoire familiale.
C'est un lieu charmant avec une âme.
Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et tout est toujours très bien géré.
La propreté est parfaite et le spa avec piscine est très propre ,très bien agencé et décoré.
Un Havre de paix
L'hôtel est proche de départ de ballades avec de jolies découvertes dans cette région splendide.
Nous avons pu partir depuis L'hôtel sans prendre notre voiture pendant notre séjour.

Very good location, big room
Pros:

-Location: it is located in the picturesque alpine village of Flims. A 20-minute walk (mostly downhill) will bring you to the famous Lake Cauma
-The staff is kind and professional
-My room was located in a chalet in front of the hotel. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. It even had a balcony
-The breakfast was very good both in terms of quality and variety
-My room and all the common areas were clean

Cons:

No big issue to report.
All in all, the hotel offers good value for money.
I do not write anything on the wellness area and the swimming pool because I have not used these services during my stay at the hotel
