Pros:

Everything was exceptional! The staff were amazing! The room was super cute, it was equipped with everything we needed as well! Loved the safety of the parking behind a locked gate!

Cons:

The room could have been cooler in temperature, no matter how cool we turned it down just didn't seem to cool comfortably.

Loved the hotel, hate their customer service.
Pros:

Entrance to the lobby is through the gated parking lot.
The location is perfect and the rooms are highly comfortable and clean. The room has a fridge and a safe.
They have a convenient snack pantry in the lobby and a nice, shallow pool (4 ft max).

Cons:

$15 charge for 2 water bottles?
The biggest issue is management. I was hit with a mysterious $15 charge. Customer service claimed it was for pantry items, which is false. I asked if it was for the in-room water bottles, but they ghosted my emails. They also completely ignored my inquiries to the cleaning department about a lost item. Fantastic physical property, but the customer service is nonexistent. Immensely disappointed.
They failed to restock pool towels for two days straight.
Parking requires a fee.

Nice place but if you let monkeys into your house, your place becomes a zoo.
Cons:

I was on the 1st floor with a group of annoying jungle people running all over the floor, shouting and screaming, I did not sleep until 4am. I tried to contact lobby but unsuccessfully.

Pretty good
Pros:

It was clean and the staff was excellent the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our toliet kept malfunctioning and the shower door leaked water all over the floor. Getting to the parking for aloft was crazy.
