Room design is challenging.
Pros:

The location is excellent for shopping (malls are just a breath away), the staff was nice, the rooms were clean, and they have a bidet. For what it is worth, I also appreciate that you can also do your own laundry in their facility.

Cons:

I have stayed in this hotel before, the problem we have always had was with the room design. The aircon blows on the headboard, therefore; the guest's head (hopefully, they can fix the vents). Also, the safe gets roasted by the heat coming from the refrigerator. We couldn't put our passports in there, as the chips (on anything electronic) might melt. If you can get past both issues, everything else should be fine.

We really loved the Holiday Inn Orchard. The location is perfect for ‘shoppers’
Pros:

We loved everything about the Holiday Inn. The staff were fantastic without being ‘in your face’ We could have been in our own serviced apartment. Breakfast was great although bacon was understandably missing

很棒，很高級，早餐也蠻好吃的，願意下次再來入住。時候可以再來煮
Pros:

地點超好，就在烏節路柏麗宮旁，所有烏節好吃好玩之處都在走路的距離內。 房間大小住三個人還行，其中一人是住在沙發床上。 只是沙發床當然舒適度不是很夠，所以起來有點腰酸背痛。不過床鋪本身非常舒服，員工也都很nice。
旅館一走出來就有很多的公車和捷運站，要轉車到其他地方玩也非常方便。

Cons:

房間略小，一般備品都有，但是沒有潤髮乳（頭髮較乾燥的人需自備）。

More than comfortable without a huge price tag!
Pros:

Great location, quiet as tucked away in a side street, friendly helpful staff, easy access to shopping centres and to MRT.

Cons:

Daily breakfast caters to predominantly Asian market - I enjoyed a 3N stay - pancakes on the menu once.

Booked via booking.com marketing content referred to my room as having a City View. I was advised on check-in, the hotel didn’t have city views. Staff offered to change rooms the following day to a higher floor, unfortunately I had plans and was unable to do due timing.

Staff advised they would refer my comments and share my concerns to booking.com

Do Not Bother Staying at this hotel. !!!!!
Pros:

The only good this is it is close to Orchard Road.

Cons:

1. I wanted to book a second night and the room rate went from US$244 for one night to nearly Us$400 for the second night. ????? A disgusting rip off !!!
2. Breakfast was CRAP !!!! All hot items were cold !! NO BACON !!!!!
