Service
9
Service is a standout feature: numerous mentions of friendly, professional and helpful staff (many named employees), complimentary upgrade on arrival and attentive reception/concierge — strongly positive.
Location
9
Proximity to the airport and frequent shuttle service are repeatedly noted (shuttle every ~30 minutes, ~10-minute drive); ideal for early flights/long layovers.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable with good beds, effective air conditioning and blackout curtains; generally modern and pleasant.

Food quality is mixed: some praise the restaurant's taste, but there are concrete complaints about slow restaurant service (long waits late) and room service delivered cold — lowers the score.

Overall sentiment is very positive with many 'Excellent' headlines and repeat recommendations; a few operational issues (late-night F&B speed/cold food) slightly temper perfection.

A Good Choice for the Airport
Pros:

Swimming pool was exceptional for an airport hotel. Water is cool. Comfortable beds. Doorman Zouhair was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle a big plus.

Cons:

Front desk unnecessarily formal. Escort to room really unnecessary- as this is a simple airport hotel. Bartender has limited knowledge of how to make cocktails and no ice put in my Blue Lagoon and undrinkable. . Restaurant is pretty subpar although breakfast was very good.
