Goede service en mooi uitzicht, maar het onderhoud en de sfeer in de ontbijtzaal zijn niet 5-sterrenwaardig.
Pros:

Het personeel was heel behulpzaam, de service was goed en we hadden een mooi uitzicht vanaf de 11e verdieping.

Cons:

Het behang is aan vervanging toe (op foto's oogt het mooier dan in werkelijkheid) en gasten die in pyjama ontbijten past niet bij een 5-sterrenhotel.

Pros:

Good location. Lovely breakfast. Accommodating staff. Cosy.
Has all the necessary facilities of a good service apartment.

Cons:

Some items in the room need a little maintenance.
Cups and plates were a bit mismatched, different sizes of mugs and cups. The cutleries were incomplete, in my opinion. No teaspoons.
Bathroom tiles and grout at a few corners looked dirty. Could use some mold & mildew cleaner. Some edges of cabinets peeling….could use a bit of maintenance.
