Pros:

Wonderful hotel. The owner of the hotel, Andy, is a wonderful person. He understood all the circumstances and extended a helping hand. The room is clean, tidy, located 20 meters from the beach. Nearby there are cafes, shops, restaurants. We look forward to welcoming Andy to Tashkent

Ajoyib mexmonhona. Mexmonxona soxibi Andy ajoyib inson. Barcha holatlarni tushungan xolda yordam qo’lini cho’zdi. Xona toza , ozoda, plajga 20 metr masofada joylashgan.. Yaqinida kafe, doʻkon, restoranlar joylashgan. Andyni Toshkentda mexmonga kutamiz.

Sad looking room with lots of damage and work needed.

The location is excellent!

Cons:

There was no parking available at the hotel. The room was very small and outdated. unfinished patchwork on bathroom ceiling. Rusty doors and mirrors. The bed was a full size instead of queen size as described. The TV was really small and damaged with a big green patch on half the TV screen. The towels were tiny and thin.

Pros:

The property is ok, it’s really the location right there on the beach.

Cons:

The rooms are VERY small and dated. We had toilet running issues, there is no ice machine on the property and they charge a daily parking fee to stay there and they try to sell so many parking spots that my car was blocked in by numerous cars all weekend, that is a hazard. Will not be staying there again. Thanks

I was told I could check-in as early as 11:00 I told them I would arrive at 1:00 and the room was not ready until 3:00
They had not removed the garbage and I didn’t get ice trays
The walls are paper thin I heard the neighbors
I didn’t get pool towels

Clean, friendly staff, close to everything…just what we were looking for!
Pros:

Close to the beach, close to everything, tiki bar was awesome! “Great fish bowls!” - the husband

Cons:

The only thing that comes to mind is laundry facilities were available but not until after 4pm
