Great stay
Pros:

Amazing staff, some small issues with the room because of noise but not the hotels fault.
I would like.to specifically point out the Beyza from Guest relations for her excellent service she handled every special request I had with ease and made our stay so much better. I may have only given 4 stars but the customer service and staff was top notch and took my review to 5.

Pros:

Zeer teleurstellend verblijf. De kamers waren vies en duidelijk niet goed schoongemaakt.

Op de kamer stond een minibar met drankjes en snacks. Er was nergens duidelijk aangegeven dat hiervoor hoge kosten werden gerekend. Wij namen twee blikjes Pepsi, een fles water en een zak chips en moesten daarvoor maar liefst €55 betalen. Dat vond ik echt buitensporig.

Ook het ontbijt viel tegen. Het kost €16 per persoon, terwijl dit in veel hotels gewoon bij de kamerprijs is inbegrepen. Als je het ontbijt pas in het hotel boekt, betaal je zelfs €20 per persoon.

De service was slecht en het personeel was niet behulpzaam. Voor de prijs die je betaalt, mag je veel meer verwachten.

Ik kan dit hotel helaas absoluut niet aanbevelen en zal hier niet meer terugkomen.
