I like the staff, they were friendly, very professional with their jobs
I didn't like the breakfast ,, not many varieties of food and too dry. Didn't have enough varieties of food and drinks for a 5 star hotel.

They don’t give water - they don’t give bathrobe - very slow
I booked the hotel to attend to an event at Tuyap. Normally I stay closer to Tuyap, but this year I decided to experiment, and I am very happy I did. The hotel is situated right at the Metrobus stop, I could travel to any destination traffic free, and it took me only 20 min extra compared to previous years, while for the same price I got much more comfort.
The staff is great, they upgraded me for free to a corner suite, and I appreciate this very much: the room was big, comfy and with a great 180 degrees view.
Breakfasts were great, sometimes a little crowdy during certain peak hours, but waiters cleaned the tables very quickly.
The bed was very big, bathroom excellent.
The swimming pool is marvellous, very long, one can really swim in there. Gym is very good for an hotel gym.
My only suggestion would be to have swimming pool and gym to be open 24 hours instead from 7 am to 10 pm.

THE STAFF WERE QUITE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE SOUVENIR SHOP WAS ALSO GOOD.
THE HOTEL AMBIENCE WAS COSY AND NICE. GENERALLY, THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.
