Exceptional really enjoyed our time at Memmo
Pros:

Everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every department we came across. Nothing was too much trouble. I will be looking for Memmo hotels in other cities i propose to visit with my wife and trust the same standard will be achieved in these.

Cons:

Very minor point the gym equipment wasn't great but when you're spending 7 or 8 hours walking up and down hills I decided not to use the gym

Relaxed, charming and tranquil...no hassle and very helpful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, lovely to be qble to order hot food. My gluten free and lactose free requests were met with substitutes which was great.
The room was compact but worked well, nice to be able to get outside on our little seating space. The bath was fab.
The little tarts were a lovely surprise on night one.

Cons:

A bit of shade with the odd umberella up on the roof terrace at breakfast time.

Walkable location, comfortable, clean and great rooftop bar
Pros:

Location was great and really helpful to have the valet parking option. We loved the style of the hotel and the beds were very comfortable. Terrace with amazing views was also a great bonus!

Cons:

There was construction in the room next to us and the staff didn’t notify us when we arrived which we felt was a bit misleading. The construction started at 8 am so it was disruptive for our stay so a heads up would have been better. The staff offered us free breakfast once we mentioned something, but I think being upfront is appreciated.
