Pros:

Coffee iced or hot available to help yourself to most of the morning later replaced by iced water/ lemonade. Staff were accommodating and friendly checking us in early and storing our luggage on our last day. Convenient for many local restaurants. Enjoyed the breakfast. Spacious room and kitchen if you are staying longer. The laundry room was a good bonus. Great value stay.
