Prettige sfeer. Fijn en relatief kleinschalig stadshotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Prima ligging. Dicht bij het centrale plein. Joodse wijk iets verder weg, maar goed te belopen.

אהבנו את ארוחת הבוקר, אהבנו את המיקום . קרוב לפארק שצמוד לעיר העתיקה. יש בפינת הרחוב חנות נוחות ZEPKA . היא מפוזרת על כל קרקוב אמנם לא זולה אבל יש בה שתיה, חטיפים ועוד.... המלון במקום שקט וז יתרון גדול.

Cons:

החדר די קטן, הכספת לא ניתנת לשימוש כי נמצאת על הרצפה בתוך הארון . פעמיים קראנו שימלאו את הסבון גם בכיור וגם במקלחת. אין לובי וזה די חסר.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend
Pros:

Just back from a 4 night stay at the hotel and cannot fault it. We arrived early and our room was ready so we could check in straight away. Whole hotel and room was spotlessly clean, all staff were so friendly and super helpful. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the Main Square. Would definitely stay here again on any future trips to Krakow

Cons:

Breakfast was really very nice, with items replaced constantly so there was never a wait for anything you wanted. If I'm being really picky, it would have been nice to have some pastries to choose from but there really was plenty of choice overall.
