Nice! It's a great resort, with an incredible location and atmosphere. The rooms are very comfortable, large, and very clean. This resort is the best one we've ever been to, and we would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Amazing trip for my wife and I to the Grand Residences in Puerto Morelos. It was exactly what we needed to rest and recharge at this beautiful and relaxing location. Aside from the fantastic food, clean and well decorated suites, beautiful pools and fun activities, it was the staff that made the trip unforgettable! They truly make you feel special, like family!! We will no doubt be back soon 😊

I honestly don’t know where to begin because there are simply no words to describe the incredible experience our family had at Grand Residences Riviera Cancun Royal Resort in Puerto Morelos, Mexico.
Even before we arrived, our concierge, Ms. Caren Moron, was texting us to welcome us and making sure every detail of our trip was taken care of. She was truly the highlight of our stay, arranging everything from our airport transportation to dining reservations and excursions. She made us feel like valued guests before we even stepped foot on the property.
Our airport pickup was flawless. We were greeted with cold bottled water and refreshing towels, and from that moment until we departed, we never had to touch our luggage. The level of service was truly first-class.
Upon arriving at the resort, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks while Ms. Diana warmly checked us in. She thoroughly explained the resort, its amenities, and all the services available to us. Her kindness and professionalism immediately made us feel at home.
Our room was absolutely immaculate. Ms. Maria and her housekeeping team were exceptional, servicing our room twice daily. They kept everything spotless, made our beds beautifully, provided fresh towels, and even left thoughtful decorative touches that made us smile every day.
Once we settled in, we headed to the pool, where the staff at the Heaven Beach Bar completely exceeded our expectations. Their service was outstanding. Before we even realized we needed another drink, someone was already there asking if we’d like a refill. Whether we were at the pool or relaxing on the beach, they constantly checked on us with genuine warmth and care.
A special thank you to Jesus, who greeted us every morning by personally placing and perfectly arranging towels on our lounge chairs. It may seem like a small gesture, but it reflected the attention to detail and genuine hospitality that made this resort so special.
The entertainment team, Alex and Michelle, brought so much energy and fun to every activity. From crafts and dances to aquatic games, they made everyone feel welcome and encouraged guests of all ages to participate. Their enthusiasm was contagious.
The valet staff was equally impressive. Every time we entered or left the resort, they greeted us with smiles, opened doors, and always made our comfort and security a priority.
The teams at El Faro and Flor de Canela treated us like family. From the hostesses to every waiter and waitress, everyone was attentive and welcoming. By our second morning, they had already remembered exactly how I liked my coffee and anticipated our preferences before we even asked. Dining with the beautiful ocean view every day made every meal even more memorable.
A huge thank you to Rene, our bartender, who made the most amazing drinks—from delicious iced coffees to creative cocktails. Every drink was prepared perfectly, and he never disappointed.
One of the highlights of our trip was watching the World Cup Final at the resort. Their watch party was beyond impressive. The transformation of the venue was incredible, with amazing food, drinks, decorations, and exceptional service. It truly felt like we were part of something special.
Needless to say, this resort exceeded every expectation we had. I can honestly say I have nothing negative to say about our experience.
Our 19-year-old son, who initially wasn’t sure if this quieter resort would be for him, ended up having an amazing time and said he would absolutely come back. That alone speaks volumes.

We had an amazing and relaxing time, all the employees are super friendly and welcoming!! I love the way you guys care about us fixing the bed at night, the welcome gift it was so nice and the employees at the pool Jesus brings as towels water, fruits he’s very good. Efrain at the sports center I requested a reservation for the pool and mentioned about my husband can’t get sun due to skin cancer and he was super nice and attentive to it
The waiters at the pool Jose Francisco, Alejandro the server assistant, the pool bar guys super friendly. Daniel the chef was extremely nice he prepared a bland dinner for my husband since he wasn’t feeling good and Liliana help me with that matters too she was super sweet another waiter who were very attentive Israel, Alfonso and Noah

10/10 overall experience! This is my second time staying at this resort because I love it so much. Service is over the top friendly & quick. The rooms were cleaned daily & we all felt safe and taken care of the entire time. The vibes were great at the pool with music and the beach was so relaxing. Would definitely recommend to people looking for a great all inclusive spot, I will be back!
We stayed with our family in one of the 2 bedroom villas with a pool and our experience was great. We have 3 older kids(preteen and adult) and it was enough space for everyone to be comfortable and relax. Michele and Gracia were great with all the activities and got our kids involved in things and we got to make crafts that we took home as souvenirs. We even got our kids to do karaoke thanks to them. Other than finding it a little odd to have to sign a check after every meal at an all inclusive resort it was a great experience. We can't speak to the beach much as the sarrgassm was very bad during our time, but there's nothing the resort can do about Mother nature and they were out every day trying to clean it up. My youngest still enjoyed building sand castles and we swam in the pools the whole time. Overall, we would gladly return. The resort itself is relatively small which allowed it to not be crowded or overrun at any time and it was relaxing and felt more intimate.

Grand Residences was a great place for couples, but for other groups as well. A bit smaller and quieter than some, which is what we wanted. Access to the pools, beach, etc. was wonderful and the employees were fantastic. We were only there for 4 nights, so we did the AI. The rooms were very nice, clean, and had plenty of room. Will definitely plan to return.
The Grand residences is absolutely exquisite. If you really like more of the upscale and elegant vibe with beautiful views; this is a place for you. There's not a lot of nightlife and it's relatively quiet and not a lot of activities like some of the other Mexican Holiday Inn club vacation Resorts; butt if you're looking for peace, beauty, and relaxation, this is a place for you. There's not a lot of food options but they really try to come up with creative things for only having two restaurants. The concierge are amazing, the staff is amazing; the pool staff in heaven's bar is exquisite. I will go there time and time again

Rooms, food and pool are great. But if you’re not a previous Royals owner (identified by a green wristband) expect to get second class service from the staff.
