Good location but property needs work. Unfortunately we were disappointed.
Pros:

Location was good. Lunch was good. Water pressure was great. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

The room was very dated. The bathroom was miniscule. The walls were paper thin. There was a huge generator directly outside our window.

Great except for the lack of staff at the front desk
Pros:

It was close to the ocean which we loved

Cons:

It wasn’t the property so much, more so the fact that when we went to check in, we waited for around 20 minutes before my partner went to go fine someone to come to the front desk. Other then that, it was amazing

Excellent, enjoyable in terms of both comfort and location.
Pros:

Comfortable beds, additional blankets available. Access to Netflix and Stan.

Cons:

Our overall stay was very good however when we went to breakfast we were ignored by staff that were talking and drinking coffee so we left to have breakfast at another location.

Pros:

Location. Plenty of space in the apartment. 2 person shower.

Cons:

Bed appeared to have a rubber mattress protector as well as a standard plastic mattress protector. These rubbed together making a noise every time you moved in the bed as well as the rubber being very uncomfortable.

i like the pub downstairs and breakfast

Cons:

the room smelt like cigarettes like someone had been smoking unfortunately.
there was a lady taking breakfast orders who was very harsh in her talking. not very friendly. there was a younger lady who was lovely and smiley though.

Great location near the beach and easy walk to Granite island. Nice rooms and modern decor. Staff pleasant and great bar and restaurant part of the hotel.

Cons:

Parking was available and I had a space however could be an issue if the hotel was full.

Quick and enjoyable
Pros:

It was very convenient, clean and a pleasant place to stay.

Cons:

When we arrived, there was no one at the desk and no one came despite ringing the after hours bell 3 times. My partner had to go hunt someone down in the dining room. By the time someone came, the foyer area was full of people who had arrived and also been waiting.
