Pros:

The fire place, chesterfield sofas, mulled wine.

Cons:

There was no heating. The electric blanket only worked on one side of the double bed. The room was cold. We informed the staff and they said the central heating wasn't working on our wing. They said heating was due to be fixed the next day. (Sunday?) All the smaller heaters had been given out to other guests. It was a bit rough to not inform guests before they arrive that the heating wasn't working, in the Blue Mountains, in the winter! We made the best of it though, and the manager did buy my mulled wine when he saw me at the bar.
