Cons:

Faltam cabides e lugar para pendurar roupas no banheiro e quarto.
Lençol, apesar de gostosos, parecem pequenos para a cama e ficam soltando.
Iluminação do quarto é fraca à noite.

Boa estadia, mas o Hotel precisa voltar a ser o que era antes, face outras opções na região

Localização, Limpeza, Café da manhã e restaurante.

Cons:

Fiquei num primeiro quarto, mas a internet não pegava, pedi para trocar de quarto e de frente para o Zerão com varanda. A troca foi atendida, mas para um quarto em outra torre (tradicional), com internet boa, mas banheiro pequeno, tv pior, e NÃO ERA DE FRENTE PARA O ZERÃO. Já a sexta ou sétima vez que fico neste hotel, é parece-me que quem aluga pelo BOOKING é direcionado para os quartos menos privilegiados. Outro fator foi o elevador que ora sim, ora não funcionava. Senti, desta vez, uma notável caída na qualidade no geral do hotel, que sempre foi o meu preferido na região. Alerta ligado.

Ficarei em Mogi Guaçu na próxima vez.

Cons:

O prédio 2 é muito isolado e de fundo. Não há nenhuma visão que agrade. Como tem somente um elevador, como dizem, não tem nenhum, pois, quebrou duas vezes e tive que subir e descer 2 vezes 5 andares. E pior!
Mesmo com a placa para arrumar o quarto, não haviam concluído a tarefa até às 15:00h. Os ovos mexidos do café da manhã parecia comida de cachorro, de tão empelotado. E a máquina de capuccino era horrível, seja pelo pó como pela montanha de açúcar.

A estadia foi confortável, funcionários muito atenciosos, mas a limpeza não estava adequada.

Acomodação muito boa, espaçosa.

Cons:

O banheiro não estava com a limpeza adequada, o exaustor estava muito empoeirado e o chão também não estava muito limpo.
