Cleanliness
7.6
Many guests described rooms as clean and tidy, but a few notable issues (blanket smelled of urine for one guest, musty-smelling air conditioner, and a running toilet) produced mixed cleanliness impressions.
Service
8.8
Staff were repeatedly described as friendly, accommodating and helpful (checking in late, going above and beyond), contributing strongly to positive stays.
Location
9.4
Consistently praised: walking distance to the waterfront, ferry terminal, restaurants and central amenities — repeatedly cited as a major strength.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms widely described as spacious, comfortable and family-friendly; some shortcomings noted such as low shower water pressure, no sink in kitchenette, limited hanging space and a missing power point by the bed.
Amenities
7.4
Onsite guest laundry and ample parking were positives, but guests reported drawbacks (BBQ had no gas bottle, kitchenette sink absent, occasional shortages like refused extra towels) leading to a mixed view of amenities.
Value for Money
8.8
Multiple guests mentioned great prices and that the property was affordable — overall perceived as good value for the location and room size.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Not discussed in detail in reviews; nearby pub and restaurant options were noted. Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Overall Experience
8.2
Overall stays were pleasant with many guests saying they'd return; positives (location, staff, roomy/comfortable rooms) outweighed occasional negatives like noise or isolated maintenance/cleanliness issues.

Could be much better but walking to marina is benefit
Pros:

Close to the marina

Cons:

It was noisy and surrounded by building works - even the Front entrance was closed .Office staff could be more friendly and were very unhelpful when we wanted a room change . The rooms were poorly serviced and fresh towels had to be requested- bed linen was thin and poor quality and not changed in 6 days . Security could be much better .

Great sleep in a very comfy king bed, great location
Pros:

Good location but was a little difficult with the road closed & the other exit blocked by trucks. Loved the king bed was very comfy & had a bit of a view.

Cons:

The shower leaked into the kitchen & cheap toaster, couldn’t fit a normal slice of bread into it.
