This property is under construction, too much pollution, powder, a real mess, they do not inform it in the hotel advertisement. The breakfast is offered in another hotel, so the guests must to walk until the hotel that they have assigned to prepare the breakfast... at least they must to warn about all this conditions before deciding to reserve with them!. Be clear with the information or consider yourself scammers...

I warn the booking.com users not to reserve in this property or you will have the worst experience ever had

Hôtel choisi et réglé complètement fermé,
Pros:

J'ai payé 74€ lors de la réservation sur Booking.com pour une chambre supérieure avec surclassement (Genius 2 et VIP) et petit déjeuner , et à mon arrivée l'hôtel était fermé, juste une dame pour assurer l'accueil et renvoyer les clients vers d'autres hotels plus bas de gamme ouverts.

Cons:

J'espère un remboursement de ma réservation faite sur Booking.com.

We were given a room at the Terra Nova near by but it was complicated .

Hotel was closed.

Cons:

Booked same day but was not told hotel was not available as was being refurbished ! Even got a message to advise reception closed at a certain time incase we arrived late. Thank goodness we didn’t as there was no information to advise hotel closed.
We were told to go to Tera Nova but no refund for difference in price was offered. The Tera Nova was great and they were very helpful when we were able to explain the problem eventually. No refund for difference in price was offered and room wasn’t what we had booked so generally very disappointed with Booking and the Hotel

Good one night stay
Pros:

The place was fitting our goals: we were on our way to leave Andorra. In front of the hotel there is a parking, that is paid, but we could use it partially for free, because we did not stay long during working hours.

The furniture saw some history, but is still in tact.

Cons:

Minus points go especially to some guests, who think that standing in the hallway with the suitcases at 06:30 AM and speaking loudly is okay. That is not fine, we heard every word of it and could not sleep because of that 😂

Hotel propre
L accueil du lundi très sympa par contre le lendemain la jeune fille ne parlait pas francais donc un peu difficile de se faire comprendre

L hôtel est en travaux donc bruit et odeur
De plus nous avions choisi cet hôtel car il avait un restaurant mais celui ci était en travaux mais pas indiqué sur le site donc un peu dommage de ne pas avoir été prévenu en amont.
