Pros:

Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, Bett sehr bequem

Cons:

Klimaanlage zu laut, Fenster nicht öffenbar. Frühstück nach 09 Uhr mit Holzbesteck und Einwegbechern. An der Bar gab es keinen Kanadischen Wein und keine Knabberein. Schade!

Disappointing experience — advertised airport shuttle was not available
Pros:

The pool area and gym was nice. Additionally, the rooms were in good condition.

Cons:

The hotel was advertised on Booking.com as having a 24/7 airport shuttle, which was one of the reasons I chose this property. However, when I contacted the hotel, I was told that the shuttle was not operating during the long weekend.

What was even more disappointing was the response from Booking.com. I contacted them about the discrepancy between the advertised service and what was actually available, but they refused to provide any refund or compensation.
