Está muy bien el hotel
Está alejado en una zona apartada , pero para utilizarlo al llegar del aeropuerto perfecto
Dichtbij de luchthaven (10 min rijden), ruime kamers en bijzonder hulpvaardige medewerkers, goede bedden en ruime kamers.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and both times we’ve had to change rooms. This time is because the ac didn’t work - maintenance advised repair needed to be done but that room was still rented out. After a long travel day the absolute last thing anyone wants to do is move rooms after getting settled in.

The bathroom was spacious and the fridge was cold.
All the countertops appeared dirty with glass stains which would not come off. The carpet had stains and the windows were sealed shut which caused my wife to get a headache. We will not stay here again.
Very friendly staff and stored our luggage for an extra few hours after checkout.
I loved the size of the rooms. I stayed with my 2 young boys, and we had a queen room with a sofa bed, and they had a lot of space to play. My sister is a cleaner and she came to visit and she said it was not up to standard. It was clean enough where I didn't feel uncomfortable. The restaurant had incredible service and the food was so good, we ate there every night of our trip. The breakfast buffet had a lot of mediocre options. The swimming pool was fun but we only swam once as the cleanliness in there was by far the worst.
Check-in was horrendous. The staff were rude and unaccomodating. They seemed confused and easily offended if you asked any questions, for example, why my room wasn't ready at 2:55pm. when check-in is 3pm. That being said, they did allow a late check out (30 minutes extra) at no extra cost. The pool water was murky, anf the floor and bathrooms in the pool area were covered in hair. The water slide had mold build up in the corners of the stairs and it was kind of gross. When we arrived they were doing a huge renovation in the lobby and I would have liked to be informed about that when I first made the reservation. They just seemed totally disorganized. The location was absolutely horrible as well, yes close to the airport, but surrounded by industrial wasteland.
