Pros:

Snídaně průměrná,lokalita dobrá, koupelna vyhovující

Cons:

Světlo nelze překvapivě vypnout vypínačem, ale jen vyjmutím karty. Skříň žádná,lednice v koupelně. Okna pouze v koupelně a nelze je otevřít

Great centrally located brightly decorated small hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very close to the city centre and only a 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was large with nice decoration and clean. Breakfast was not over crowded and the reception staff were very polite on arrival.

Cons:

The cooked breakfast section was very small and did not look freshly cooked.

Bel emplacement, mais hôtel un peu "particulier"

Très bon emplacement à proximité du quartier réputé du port
Petit déjeuner assez varié, mais sans jus de fruit "maison".

Cons:

Lors de notre arrivée pour prendre possession de la chambre, la poubelle de la salle de bains était pleine et non vidée et nous avons dû réclamer du papier de toilette.
Cet hôtel se dit écolo: la chambre n'est faite que sur demande... et il faut avertir la veille ! Pas pratique.
Lors de notre réservation, le prix était beaucoup plus cher que celui qui était pratiqué les jours de notre séjour.

Artsy hotel with great central location
Pros:

Very confortable room with quirky decor that we loved. The nicest shower of any hotel we stayed in while we were in Norway, hands down (shower was exposed to the rest of the room, so just be aware if you are staying with a friend). Lots of space, friendly staff.

I wouldn’t stay here again, even if it was free.
Pros:

The person at the front desk during check in (Sondre) was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was nice and centrally located. The aesthetics of the lobby were welcoming but very chiq. The tv and all the accessible local channels and a few international channels was very nice and accomodating.

Cons:

The beds were terrible. I did not sleep very well and upon walking up up woke up with a back ache. I originally booked a standard room and upon check in I spoke with Sondre and explained that I would like to upgrade my room for the 300 NOK offer for which I paid, but I don’t really think I got an upgrade, just paid an extra 300 NOK for the same room. My regret was that I paid case and neglected to get a réception since I trusted that it would work out. I had asked for a room with a mountain view but I got a room with a street view. The shower door was of the hinges but didn’t notice until too late at night when we came back from dinner and walking around town. The furniture was not practically cozy or comfortable at all. Was more to look at then to use. There was no clear explanation of any of the facilities once you were in the hotel. The temperature in the room was too hot and when opened the windows to get some fresh air the noise from all the people outside was deafening. I pass this on so that the hotel has a chance to improve not to put it down, but for improvements.

Central, friendly, great breakfast.
Pros:

It was close to everything central, plenty of restaurants and bars, close to the fish market,Bryggen and shops.
Breakfast was lovely, fresh and with lots of choice!

Cons:

More pillows needed- but I’m sure if I’d rung down I could have had more😊
